Hi,are there any hikes that have a paved trail or gravel? One of the dogs can’t walk well so we have a cart to push it.

Or does anyone know of either backpack or a better cart that can hold a 95 pound dog?

Hi, I need to have a bathroom redone. But I think it makes more sense to update the pipes, currently I have metal pipes in the bathroom. I’m guessing there’s corrosion or material build up in the pipes. What’s a ballpark dollar amount and time needed for new pipes to be installed?

I’m guessing there’s no way to clean the current pipes so I don’t have to install new ones.

I really think Ohtani goes to a team with a proven track record of winning in recent years. And will take “less”money than people are expecting. Plus it will have crazy player opt outs. (I’m a rays fan so obviously bias) but here’s why I think in no particular order

1) additional revenue because of ohtani: I read in a respect publication that ohtani brings roughly 20 mil in merch and ads etc. so let’s say he gets 40-60 mil a year. A small market owner can justify spending 20-40 mil a year on a true special player.

2) new stadium: whether in st Pete or Tampa the rays will have a new stadium. Stu like most owners don’t want to pay for the whole thing. He recently said he’d pay about half. To help with that funding he’s looking to bring other minority owners on. One guy they mentioned is dex imaging a tampa businessman. But when Artie was going to sell he had a lot of interest from Japanese business people. So stu could sell a part of the rays to said business people and maybe get more because of ohtani

3) Wander: if Wander is found guilty, I think the ohtani news could help soften the PR hit with the fans (obviously jokes will be said) about but look we have the guy that literally all of baseball and the world loves: ohtani
