Paying $25m+ a year?FRANCHISE

What positions are you willing to pay $25m or more a year for in your franchise?

For me, DE and LT are definitely a yes.

QB is a maybe.

HB is definitely a no.

On my way to breaking a single season record...FRANCHISE

Its week 17 of the 2026 season, the Jets are fighting for a playoff spot and have a must win against a tough Cowboys team. Rookie QB, Nick McBride, is on his way to breaking the Jets single season passing yardage record, which was set by Joe Namath in 1967, and the passing TD record, set by Ryan Fitzpatrick in 2015.. its the 4th quarter and the Jets are up 5. Crucial third down, Mcbride rolls right on the play action and completes the pass to rookie wrecking ball running back Rashad Walker for a first down....

McBride is down and holding his shoulder. Replay shows Micah Parsons drive him into the turf a good 2 seconds after the ball is thrown. No flag.

The Jets would hold on to win and set up a win and in situation against the Browns in week 18. Unfortunately they'll have to do it without Nick McBride who suffered a torn labrum and is done for the year. He will fall 276 yards and 3 TDs short of the Jets single season records. Second year QB Geoff Spears goes back under center with a chance to send the Jets to the playoffs for the third straight year. A great opportunity for Spears, who started the final 5 games of the 2025 season and rallied the Jets to a wildcard appearance. Spears is likely to be traded this upcoming offseason and now has a good platform to audition for teams who could be interested in his services.

Last Minute Celebrations SuckSUGGESTION

I was playing a franchise game and it was down to the wire. I had just scored to tie the game 17-17 with a minute left. Now I can understand that adding celebrations is difficult but a normal celebration for such a pivotal moment in a game. Furthermore, I ended up forcing a punt with 7 seconds left on defense. By god's grace I returned the punt for a td as time expired. An espn top 10 level play, and a traditional celebration. Where's the celebrations like they have in fifa where a late goal sees the whole team dogpiling in the corner? It would add so much to the realism if after such a huge moment the team is rushing the endzone to celebrate like the would in real life.

Best possible draft outcome?FRANCHISE

So I am playing 22, with the 23 roster, and the 24 draft class. Playing as the Giants. Knowing the roster moves that happened, I decided to make trades to do a rebuild. Traded my top 3 WRs, Barkley, and some fringe guys, and simmed up to the draft.

I ended up with the #2 and #4 picks, then my own pick in every round.

With #2 I got Marvin Harrison Jr., and then with #4 I got Jayden Daniels. I was ecstatic.

Then the second round comes around, and Keon Coleman is still available. I jump on the chance to get him.

Third round comes around, and for some reason Brock Bowers had a Round 3 grade, so I got him.

I basically rebuilt my entire offense. Bowers ended up as 93 overall right out of the draft (Someone made the draft class, clearly they liked Bowers)

I then traded picks to get Nabers, because it only felt right to have him.

So now I have rookies for my top WRs and TE, and my QB, and they're dominating.

Can't wait to build my OLine and Defense back up.

Editing route depth has been a thingRANT

The amount of people reviewing the college football game and drooling over the editing depth of a route to the first is insane. These guys' job is to play madden and they don't know about a feature that's been in for atleast the last two years ik about. Idk if they are just paid by ea to ride the game and trailer or if the feature isn't known.

How the heck is this possible?QUESTION

Playing my first season in madden i win the first 3 games of the season. I go play the texans and beat the pants off them. But yet the game records it as a loss. How?

Any way to fix this without restarting the season? I was playing as the Steelers.

Whatā€™s a way to challenge yourself in Franchise mode ? FRANCHISE

Whatā€™s a way to challenge yourself or reach a goal ? Iā€™m winning the Super Bowl every year , itā€™s on all Madden ā€¦kinda getting boring , whatā€™s something I can do to ???

Hit Sticking QBsQUESTION

So I'm a MLB, trying to fulfill reqs for Destroyer upgrade, 10 hit sticks. I'm primarily built as a pass rusher, 99 PMV/TAK/HPW (Think Becky the Icebox from Little Giants) I usually try to use hit sticks on free runs to the QB, but it never gives the anim or recognition of a hit stick on QBs. It usually comes out as me dragging them down by throwing shoulder, or a waist wrap & gator roll. By contrast if, I guess wrong and get in the backfield but it's a run, I obliterate HBs and get credit for the Hit Stick.

Can you officially not HS QBs?

2nd half running plays after hammering stretch QUESTION

I have Achane and often tear up defenses in the first half hitting stretch plays.

By the second half, the defense seems to respond perfectly to outside runs and I struggle to get a rushing game going. What throws me is the defense will be in pass stop formations, like nickle cover 3, they just play the outside run fast and hard.

The play actions I've seen so far are all for inside runs. Plus I am not sure the AI bites on play action ever so not sure they are ever worth it.

So questions: - does play action work vs AI if it's setup well? - tips for how to shuffle my playbook once they start stopping the outside run?

Re-sign players prior to final season?QUESTION

Title.

Can I re-sign a player who is not in his final season? If so, how?

Created the ultimate dynasty/boredFRANCHISE

I traded my entire team and all of my future draft capital. Using the Packers, I got a stacked squad of CW at QB, RB are Guerendo and Lloyd, WRs are Nabers, Harrison Jr, Worthy, Bowers at TE, Alt, Latham, Powers, Fautaunu, and Haynes at OL, DE are Addisa Issac, Sweat, Mykel Williams, Perkins, Braswell, Cooper, De Jean, Travis Hunter, Bullard and Kinchens in the secondary. I used the most popular and realistic draft class with position, skill set, level, etc that Madden share had available. I have 5 superstar x-factor dudes( MHJ, CW, Bowers, Nabers, and Issac) and everyone else is star graded and above. I play on all-madden with the normal settings and the style with typical or more frequent injuries. I got to the Superbowl year 1 and lost because I tried to kill clock against the Chiefs and died on the 3 yd line and Mahomes made me pay. Anyway, after a year I've created a super team that seams unstoppable. It's starting to get boring in year 2. Should I just shelf the game for a bit or just delete the team? I feel like if I play the next 2-3 seasons I'll just dominate everyone. Should I sim to a different season where I have cap issues or have to make choices? Has anyone else done this and just played it out? I know it sounds douchy and braggy but I genuinely thought I would enjoy it and it has panned out. Suggestions?
