In santorini I’ll probably buy a couple of souvenirs and get lunch but my eating is very modest ie I don’t eat huge quantities of food so a simple meal for me suffices. Outside of that, the only other time I may spend money is in the airport on the way back since I’ll get hungry and it’ll be a long journey.

Staying for one in week in all inclusive. How much money should I bring?Itinerary/Διαδρομές

Staying in Crete for one week at an all inclusive so meals and stay are covered. I am planning to take a one day trip to santorini ( might sample the local food but I’m not a big eater so I can economize) and adding an excursion another day so I’ll be leaving the resort 2x. Honestly I am a low spender and usually bring my own food to the airport (to cut costs) and mostly spend money on souvenirs for my loved ones when traveling. Whats an approximation of how much I should bring? Also, is tipping culture big in crete or do people usually not tip?

How much money is advisable to bring for one week in crete?Help!

I was painting and they were still chipping so 2 weeks ago I cut then short in a bid to start fresh and haven’t used nail polish. Honestly my nails have been peeling with and without polish, didn’t notice much difference

about a year ago and the only abnormality was a vitamin D intoxication ie my vitamin D level were extremely high

Nail product list: 1. Solutions now jojoba oil 2. All my hopes and dreams. These are plain nails😞

I had nearly the same issue but with highway driving after a near accident. What I did take a highway driving class with an instructor my first time back which helped. Later one I would go early on sunday mornings, I’m talking 7am, with a family member and hit the highway when it wasn’t busy. It took time, still get scared but its manageable now. The key is to start small and in very light traffic and proud of yourself for doing it instead of berating yourself for not doing more. Self compassion is really the key.

Should I buy oem transmission fluid or buy the most economical option?

Have a 2020 toyota corolla Le, runs in gas and need cvt transmission fluid. Mechanic is insisting I buy genuine toyota transmission fluid so has to not screw up my car with something that isn’t genuine. Is there any truth to this?

2020 toyota corolla le cvt transmissiom fluid. Get it from dealership or buy it elsewhere?

Changing the transmission fluid on my car, 2020 toyota le runs on gas, and my mechanic strongly recommended I get oem transmission fluid from the dealership. I’ve been looking around and find I could get what appearts to be the same toyota transmission fluid from other places like e bay or amazon. However, buying online can be tricky because for all I know I could be buying fluid that is not genuine. I am going to assume buying it from the dealer would be genuine but obviously more expensive. Should I buy from the dealership and rest assured it genuine toyota transmission fluid or gamble and buy it off of amazon and pray its not counterfit?

Is tipping a thing in greece?

American traveling to Greece, staying at a resort. Is tipping an expected thing over in greece as it is in America especially at resorts? Thanks.

How to make a career in insurance?

So I work in an unrelated field, fashion design, but want to pivot into another career and was reading about insurance. I know there are many different sector in insurance. I, for one, wouldn’t be able to do anything like customer service or phone speaking just because its not my strong suit. That being said, what career options are there in insurance and how would I get started? Do I need a degree or do a certificate program, etc?

Woah rewind, why would it be best to leave the fluid untouched if its never been changed after hitting the 100k mark? Bought this car used (it was a hertz rental) so I have no idea if it was ever changed or not. Ps, thanks for the info!

Transmission fluid crash course needed pronto.12th Gen (18-present)

Bought a 2020 toyota corolla le back in august. Been trying to search online how to check the transmission fluid on my car but I hwar rumblings online that a 2020 corolla has no transmission fluid dipstick. Is this true? Is there anyway for me to check. Also since I don’t know if the transmission fluid was previously checked, should I go ahead and change just to be on the side of caution. And last note (told y’all I needed a crash course) my mechanic said that if I ever buy transmission fluid, to always buy it from the dealer since it’ll be better quality to use on the car. Is there any truth this?

I got a job offer rescinded because I asked about health insurance details (ie sometimes you get a higher pay but it gets eaten up by high premiums or the coverage is lacking). Mind you I asked these questions AFTER getting the offer as everyone preaches you should. Another job passed on me because I asked what their training process is for new employees. It’ll always be a risk to ask for more but do what you feel is right. Some risks are worth it so don’t want to steer you away from asking. Just seems companies these days want to hire people who will work themselves to the bone without asking for anything in return which is asinine. If we work its because we get something in return, usually as a means to live in the form of money and benefits. We don’t work because we love the company so much that we want to make the owner millions will we get nothing in return at all. ***rant over 😮‍💨

Thank you! That car rarily goes over 25mph (city driving) so .3ish mph difference is barely noticeable.

Life saver! The 195/55R16 are available in the weather. Thanks!

🤯🤯🤯you can do that? Excuse me, new to owning a car. I was looking for the oem size 185/55R16 which was seriously limiting my choices.

I would say snow is a mild concern. The toyota is the one that does the more demanding drives. Honestly rain is more of a concern but snow is kind of like a curveball in nyc. That being said, the honda is not traveling far. Its a 10 mins drive to work and to the supermarket, basically low demand drives.

GENERAL ALTIMAX RT45 VS BRIDGESTONE WEATHERPEAK for 2020 honda fit ex?Help Request

One of the tires on my 2020 honda fit ex has a slight bubble like picture below (the tire in pic isn't mine but it looks similar to my tire). I have my heart set on the bridgestone weatherpeak because I have them on my toyota corolla and like them. Plus I got them at a good deal at costco (iykyk). However, costco is out on my size and don't have an estimate on when they'll be in stock though tire rack is estimating end of may/early june. So I was looking at the altimax rt45 as another possibility (not through costco unfortunately) but I am concerned about the performance in snow which doesn't seem to compare to the weather peak. I live in nyc and the honda fit never goes on the highway, its mostly to drive to and from work which is local. Honestly the honda will rarily go over 25 mph. 30. mph at the most. NYC does get snow (depending on the year) which could be light or heavy. That being said, with the small bubble on the tire sidewall should I switch these asap and is the altimax rt45 a good choice or wait for the weatherpeaks to be in stock in about a month-ish?
