Hi! I have a question I can't seem to find any exact answers to on here or the broader internet.
I am a born and raised Michigander and still live here. My best friend from out of state has decided to come and live with me.
I know that residency will be automatically established after six months or something but we would really like to get them established sooner than that.
I found a declaration of residency form online which seems like what we want but the problem is we don't know who to contact to send it to or if it's even a valid option.
Thanks in advance for any help at all!
