I have haaland back for luton but don’t know what mid player from city to grab. Damn Pep. Foden? KDB? Foden surely state CL game but will KDB who played 93’ today?
Unfair to call it fraud when they are playing 3 games in 8ish days. Fraud is a full 7 days between games and then dropping someone to the bench. That is peak Pep. lol
Tavernier of my bench and can’t believe that actually worked this time
I sold Saka for Foden. Why Pep. Ah yes, Real.
Foden starters, who’s your first sub? Watkins gang report in.
This is my only saving grace
Oh well, at least he didn't cameo.
Hm. Didn't see this in time. Foden(c) Palmer (VC) let's hope Phillip stays on the bench. Unless he wants to come on as a sub and bag a brace? Then I'm fine
Please let him stay on the bench all game.
That's it, rest up for GW34!
Some weeks I love peps madness, some I hate it. This is one of the weeks I fucking love it.
Can us FPLers in shitty time zones for leaks get handicap points for missing out on this?
lmao
Sold KDB for him. 💀
Just saw this. Now I just have to hope he stays on that fucking bench.
As if we’re surprised…
Not an owner but getting benched after a hatrick must suck for Foden
rip. f to all the people that just brought him in 😭.
That’s so guardiola.
LOVELY
Oh FFS, why would it be any different, fucking bald fraud. He better not fucking bring him in for a few minutes at the end of the game, so I can at least get Isak come on from the bench. But this is fucking Pep, so of course that's exactly what he will do.
I knew he was benched before but had Bradley on bench and can bench someone I just bought in
Prime Pep
Where are the guys who defended Pep saying he has played Foden everytime
🤬
People who brought him in straight after the hattrick only have themselves to blame tbh
Pep had commented on rotation and had just rested Haaland
This game was the early KO and Man City leaks are common
OMFG I just moved my captaincy away from him to Palmer. Thank fuck. Imagine a 1 pointer captain like Salah last week 😭
Foden still or swap for Bradley on bench?
Can't believe I've caught this 5 mins before the deadline? Benched. If I scores off the bench I'm cooked.
Fvck do I start garnacho then instead
Everyone who said Foden is pep roulette proof. No one is safe! Although to be fair it's probably just a 1 game rest, which happens to most players.
this was predictable
Sub foden for Muniz?
Ederson?
Should have sold him this week rather than last week…
Would you start Garnacho over him now?
If true this means KDB is starting, Haaland captained , we will feast.
Do i start Semenyo over him now?
News on Haaland? Need to use my FT
Thank god for that

Anyone who read your comment would have also read the post, so...
What about the players themselves that play FPL, they have an even bigger unfair advantage.
Life’s unfair
Need to know about EDERSON
Most transferred-in player curse strikes again!
Isak is most transferred
Sell Foden for Diaz?
Ok, I’ll bench him, too… and then watch as he comes on late and scores twice.
Just start him then and have a good first sub
Thinking about it. My first sub is Solanke.
Haaland captain. All signs point to Haaland (C)
Haaland capt now.
Any Haaland news?
Aaaaahh okay Odergaard captain ! Even though I think I should captain Solanke
Was never starting 3 games in 6 days when they have Madrid away in 3 days.
Did anyone really think he was starting 4 days in 9 days?
December 2020, morning. There is a leak that for the upcoming first game of the GW, a 12:30 kickoff, Palace vs Liverpool, Salah will not be starting. Most managers promptly strip him of the captaincy, plenty bench him altogether.
The leak is correct. Salah does not start. He does, however, emerge from the bench after 57 minutes, grab 2 goals and 1 assist, and brutally punish all who doubted him.
Please do the same, Foden!
I missed the deadline that day and left salah (c) remember it well
Lovely. Should start luton then?
Why the hell are people genuinely surprised? This was literally rumoured all week and made perfect sense with their upcoming fixtures. We also knew early kickoff we would get Man City news before the deadline, so it was easy to wait to now to get a leak. Your own fault if you brought Foden in knowing all this.
Plenty of react Andy's here mate. They couldn't think ahead to save themselves
Muniz will, then. Thanks, Phil!
Start foden with Muniz first on bench or reverse order?
Same dilemma
Well then, enjoy my bench, Phil.
Ait-Nouri, you're up.
I’m in the same boat, come on Rayan!
Good. One of 3 main threats no longer a huge worry. Now need Blankland and Soblanke to show up, no longer Hauland and Goalanke please.
Fuck my life there’s an agenda against me I swear
Should I start Foden or Muniz?
I've started both with Chris Wood as backup.
Do I start Garnacho then?
Urgh. Same decision. I am too, but can still see Foden out scoring him
I am
Is this one of the reliable ones?
Benching dilemma sorted
Transfered him in early for Oddegard to beat price changes 🙈🙈 Solves bench issues this week but man, I fucked up hard.
Give me pep's address PLEASE
Source?
I'm not greedy, Saka.
I reckon if you just do what Garnacho did we can call it fair and square. 👍
Get Richarlison : injured then benched
Get Foden : benched
Am I the baddie ?
The signs were there
Where is Kevin?!
Someone photoshop that meme of the guy spraying champagne on the podium
I was right to not have him, he’s a minutes risk
With hattrick vs forest, hattrick vs villa, 15 vs United
Not really this season, he's started every single game except two.
Surprised so many people have transferred him in early, when we always knew City play early and leaks were possible. Don't think the 0.1-0.2 swing in prices is worth it for most teams at this point of the season
Had already decided to bench Gvardiol rather than van Dijk. Am I really going into this gameweek with both my City players on the bench?
Perfect👍👍
Extremely predictable
Fod(o)e(s)n(t) start
wow 4d chess shit

Kneejerkers in shambles. Love to see it playing of by waiting for once
Nuñez time comeonnn
This post makes me feel SOOO good after selling Foden before the hat trick!
Foden or Solanke?
Also me, going Solanke because its vs Luton and Foden is benched for a rest so unlikely to get significant minutes unless multiple injuries happen or City manage to struggle vs Palace which doesn't seem probable.
Foden owners do we still start him?
I’m benching him for Gusto even though he’s done fuck all for me recently
Depends on your bench. I'm still starting him. Dan Burn is my first sub
Zab my first sub and probably will just start Foden
It’s dependent on your bench but I’m going to start him. Zabarnyi is my first sub who I think definitely concedes against Luton, so the scenarios are either A. Zabarnyi autosub for a one pointer, B. Foden cameo for a one pointer or C. Foden off the bench for an involvement. The only scenario with any upside is continuing to start Foden, so I’ll do so
I am but my bench is pretty bad
I’m not starting him but that probably means he scores now
Thank you for your sacrifice. I’ll start him.
If he scores I’ll see you in the rant thread
Worth benching for Mateta or zabarnyi then or do we think he'll get some minutes later?
Same boat. Think I'll just start Foden. Think 20 mins of Foden is better than both of those this week tbh
RIP should have gone with my gut for Mateta haha. I wasn't brave enough though so on me
Damn. Looks like I'm starting 4 at the back for the first time this season!
Is it legit?
Any news about haaland ?
De Bruyne starting?
How about haaland ?
No way he's benching Haaland 2 games in a row before real Madrid. He needs to be fresh.
I'm thinking he might get subbed 75+ for Alvarez
Álvarez starts
Surely Alvarez starts if Foden us benched
How is CP defence at home? My Capt is on haaland now
Don't do it. Being a City fan, we're horrendous at Palace ground every time
I’m chasing my ML leader, behind by 33 points. He doesn’t have Son/Haaland. I need to Capt either one as differential to catch up.
4th best in the league at home. They are more than "not bad", but it's still city.
Our defence has a shitload of injuries, including first choice keeper, we could get absolutely pounded :(
Thrust* you bro. Let’s revisit 4 hours later.
Well, no mega haul but a decent return
I’ll take his 6+2bps points. Now gotta hope my ML leader Captain Palmer blank.
Yes.
Source: trust me bro
It was written in the stars. hahaha
Will we get saka info before deadline?
Hmmmm am I brave enough to bench him for Gordon
I would. I benched him for Udogie (I am very bad fyi)
I’m thinking the same …
Do I start Saka then?
good question i was condiering trasnfering Saka out for Bowen or Odegaard lol
Thank god ive waited close to deadline to kneejerk lmfao rescuer
Thank God I didn’t transfer him in yet. Was having a nightmare debating who to bring in this GW.
Solves my bench headache i guess
With how City are playing I have a feeling he will come on, unfortunately..
Bowen first in line.
Creates mine. No idea who to start of Zabarnyi, Garnacho or Bradley. Don't trust a CS from either defender. Zabarnyi has the easier fixture, but less attacking threat. Bradley has a tough fixture but I could see a Liverpool CS with how awful United can be. Not sure Bradley starts tho. Garnacho is on form but I seriously doubt United's ability to trouble Liverpool here
Garnacho
Except for Arsenal there haven't really been much points from defenders this season so probably Garnacho
I'd go with Bradley I think, chance of attacking returns if no CS
United scored 4 in the cup against them at OT and Garnacho made three of them. Liverpool will win but United more than capable of scoring a couple of goals and every chance Garnacho is involved in them.
We've averaged 2 or more goals a game since the start of the year. We concede quite a bit of goals, and the strategy from ETH seems to be focus on attack, and whatever happens in defence happens.
Garnancho had either been directly or indirectly involved in most of the games we've scored and with no midweek game next week, we have to go all out to stand any chance against them and if you'd want to bet on anyone getting a goal against them, it'll be Garnancho.
Only caveat is that the game against Chelsea might have sapped the energy and morale out of most of the players and he looked super gassed. And I think he's been carrying a hamstring injury for awhile now, so yeah. Good luck.
I've started Garnacho, hope you're right!
Me too mate, good luck! May your arrows be green
!Thanks
Yep, can stop agonising over Muniz vs Gordon now.
Rest easy on my bench, Sir Phillip.
You and me both brother
City are playing Madrid on Tuesday there was always a big chance this would happen not sure why people are so surprised
Because sometimes us kneejerkers aren’t doing well enough to spend the time thinking that far ahead lol, don’t think I’ve had a bigger kneejerk reaction than bringing in palmer and foden this week after I forgot about the deadline last week and got 27 points
It's Pep, nobody's 'surprised', but it's still notable.
Its something any competent manager of a big club would do. Pep doing Pep things is resting a player on full rest with no imminent fixture congestion anywhere in sight. This was perfectly reasonable for any manager.
F
Well done Pep that’s a bonus hair strand for you
Just needs another to become Homer.
half a mil players about to become really disappointed
Pep roulette strikes again
Hat trick then benched
Do not question Pep
Edit: He’ll come on in the second half and get another hat trick
As much as Foden’s capable of scoring off the bench, you have to expect if he’s being rested for Real he’s not going to play many (if any) minutes unless City are still chasing the game. Look at Haaland midweek.
they play real madrid on tuesday so i can’t blame pep honestly
Hahahahaha.
Laughs in hatrick
FFS
Seriously?! Pep at it's best. Is the source reliable?
This is just very logical and could see it coming from miles. This is not to blame on Pep but on yourself. They play Madrid on Tuesday and foden is nearly essential for City this season and he played last week and midweek so he just needs to be fresh for Real on Tuesday.
This is something any decent manager would do with the fixture list and importance of games coming up. Not like they have a weeks break and Pep just benched Foden for no good reason.
I agree. Luckily I have Foden since a while, so did not wasted a transfer this week. Still gives me a headache with, Saka and Watkins questionable ^
He's very good, not sure he's ever got anything wrong.
Kalvin Philips
He got Grealish starting wrong once but that was when Grealish fell ill right before the game, so it wasn't a bad leak
!thanks
Ok great thanks. Now with Watkins and Saka questionable, Foden benched, I wonder if I should do the transfer I wanted to save for next week.
In general life?!
500,000 transfers in… RIP
Took a -4 for Foden lol
Me too… and swapped out KDB 😱
Thoughts and prayers
Yep sold for saka 💀
This is why you don't chase last week's points
I didn't get punished with Isak though
Subbed Watkins out for Isak, and of course Watkins scores..twice
At least you get some money to work your squad for the dgw
Well Of course he is not playing, I should had seen it coming. I am glad Haaland played though, but still. I won't captain any man city team for the next week cause of this Pep Roulette. Foden for sure could had scored if he played.
