Criminal law operates on the very basis that the prosecution has to prove guilt. When you are a juror you go into there with a very strict understanding that the defendant IS innocent, and the prosecution must convince you otherwise, beyond any reasonable doubt.
This means that a defendant does not have to do or say a single thing, nor their attorneys, if they don’t want to. The entire trial could go by with only the prosecution speaking.
Disagree. I get the plant based Kirkland soap and it smells good and I use it to refill my Dawn powerwash and save a ton.
Anyone who wants to do the same you fill it with some mostly water, add a good squeeze of dish soap, and some rubbing alcohol to break the surface tension. It foams great.
