That 2010-2013 Tucson with the iron-block 2.4L engine is truly a workhorse. I bought mine new in University in 2009, and it won't die. I knew very little about Hyundai's at the time, and only selected the vehicle cause it had Bluetooth when nothing else in that category did(and or did it well), and I loved the vehicle so much I eventually got a job at the same Hyundai dealership that I bought it at a few years later. I keep on telling my wife and managers that once car starts costing me real money I will upgrade, but after 14 years, I still haven't had to do anything other than basic maintenance, and general repairs for wear and tear items. The best part is that the Hyundai district manager pops by every year to hand me my sales volume award, and I get to watch him die a little inside every time when I mention that I am still rocking my original 2010 instead of one of the shiny new models.

Not all the Hyundai models were built to the same standard, but most are which makes me happy.

The lack of scary animals and potentially life altering weather or earthquakes. Also having 4-seasons is nice, plus not having to spend hours of my life in traffic to get to work. Also my house is still 1/3 of what my sister paid in Alberta, and 1/4 of what my brother paid in Vancouver and it was much larger and new.

My favorite part, is that the city is big enough to get an Ikea, but just small enough that the people you meet you can easily find something in common whether it is amongst friends, family or from work(there is only 6 degrees of separation in Winnipeg).

For all you can eat, IGI is the only place in town that I can recommend(just make sure you book in advance if you want a regular dinner slot). There is other places that offer all you can eat, but those places have limited selection and are 99% rice(Sushi Jet had rolls the size of a fist, with a sliver of crab meat inside). With IGI you get a nice variety of raw sashimi, negiri sushi and rolls, plus the Korean BBQ and all there appetizers is a bonus.

You are 100% absolutely correct, especially when you factor in the finance rates made available on new versus pre-owned vehicles.

EX. A 2024 Corolla($30k) versus a 2020 Corolla(25K). 5.99% versus 9.99% financing for pre-owned. By the time everything is said and done, the pre-owned model has the exact same total financed cost because of the 4-5k in extra interest you would have paid over the same 5-6 year finance period.

Plus the 2020 model has little to no factory warranty remaining to speak of.

There Reuben is excellent, and the Borscht is amazing. The Latkes and Schnitzel is good too.

Failed molt. Shrimp are most vulnerable when pregnant, and they usually molt right after releasing there eggs, but if they are lacking in nutrients or just large/older, they have a really hard time molting.

Your shrimp might also be racist. Cause my shrimp randomly just die on me too and that is my only explanation sometimes.

You already have a very bright projector so going laser is a very minor improvement if the room isn't ideal. Instead for your money, upgrading to a high gain screen(ie. grey vs white) will dramatically improve your viewing experience during the day. While you will sacrifice some contrast in the evening, it is a worthwhile improvement in a non-dedicated home theater space.

I went with a DIY ALR screen paint, and it solved most of my problems of having a white basement with huge windows. If you can't paint the wall since you are renting, then getting a high gain screen will be a noticeable improvement which will allow you to enjoy your projector during the day.

Hey man, I just want you to know that it gets better. I was in the same boat as you, and didn't have a real date until I was 29. I know it sounds cliché, but put your mind at ease, find a hobby or as you have already stated, focus on trying to lose weight and take care of yourself. I was over 270lbs at my peak(I am only 5'6), and while spending a couple years losing weight doing various physical activities didn't get me a girlfriend right away, the simple act of putting time in to take care of my body(and acne) gave me the confidence to finally love myself. Once you put the time in to take care and love yourself, you'll realize that since day one you were always meant to be someone's "catch."

4 things it could be if your settings haven't changed throughout your printing process. In order of likeliness:

  1. clogged nozzle
  2. loose belt(s)
  3. wet filament
  4. printing too fast

I am guessing your ammonia is too high. I had the same issue with my tank, but waited too long. All you can do is save the plants that aren't dead, and definately do at least a 50% water change.

aroma bistro. very reasonably priced and a nice cute spot.

There system probably isn't that complicated, and there is probably someone with the similar information in your system that has bad credit. Citi Financial and there 0% financing program from two decades ago would decline people out of the blue as well, and one of there reps said the system was very very basic.

Forest Gump.

Made the 10-year old me cry for the first time watching a film. It was the first non child friendly film that I remember sitting through, and at that time I didn't understand that a movie could elicit this type of emotion.

Also John Q. No film has ever made me so angry about the current state of a country.

Lot attendant at the car dealership was backing out of the wash bay on his first day. Wasn't paying attention and ripped off the side mirror of a trade-in vehicle while backing up. I was in the back of the building randomly trying to a find a vehicle, and he made eye contact with me while trying to see if anyone saw his mistake(there was a loud bang).

Instead of being fired, he quit an hour later lol. My manager didn't find out about his mistake until the next day as he came across a 2012 Lincoln with a ripped off side mirror on our back lot.

Graduated U of M(and despite my grades and work experience no one was paying well in a starting position), needed a well paying and flexible hour job badly as my mother was battling cancer, randomly walked into the dealership that I bought my car from on a whim asking for a sales job, 12-years later after busting my butt building and taking care of clientele, while I don't have a Porsche, house is paid off, and I was able to buy my parents, in-laws and my wife brand new vehicles.

Funny enough, my 14-year old SUV that I bought when I was 20 is still won't die and my boss, and corporate love busting my balls for being the only top salesperson in the country to be rocking at 2010. I consider it my lucky charm.

I second this. I couldn't land a date until I was 29, and while this was a giant strain on my psyche, I am glad that by the time it did happen, I was at a point in my life I was ready to be in a healthy relationship. At 25, I was emotional wreck and workaholic that wanted everything that everyone else had(social media can be a curse), and in that short 4-year window I learned to take care of myself and was able to land the love of my life. Being a virgin and without having experienced a relationship at 25 sucks without a doubt(you still have 4 year window on me lol), but spend the time taking care of yourself, so when you find someone, you can put your best version of yourself out there, cause a relationship only works if the other person can see your value, and that comes from loving yourself.

I wouldn't worry too much. With plants growing in water(and since your vase isn't ginormous), there is less nutrients then in soil, the plant can't sustain the new leaf and the older leaf at the same time(without adding nutrients, but I would avoid it as it tends to foul the water). The good is that there is a new leaf sprouting, and generally once your prune the dying yellow leaf, the new one will sprout.

I think it is biofilm. I have the same Amazon frogbit, and after leaving extra vegetables scraps in my tank to start the cycling process, the film started to appear on the roots of the plants. My tank is still cycling, but other people tell me that the shrimp I introduce in the future will love eating it.

You can always use a small take out container or cut a water bottle in half and poke a tiny hole in the bottom corner, and put a paper towel/cloth on the inside covering the hole before filling it up with the water from your tank, and it will slowly drip out of the container supper slowly into whatever is holding your new shrimp.

I would just raise it to your preferred levels. Most of the AVR systems I have used(Denon, Onkyo, Panasonic) turn the bass way down when using room correction(especially if your room isn't sound treated), and I just bring it up 4-6db to match my listening needs(my older Panasonic AVR was the worst and had brought the sub down -13db when I used room correction).

Room correction is great for LCR speakers and rear surrounds, but very much hit or miss when it comes to bass levels(which is also incredibly subjective IMO)

I blame the height of new vehicles, and the fact that everyone has improperly tuned LED headlights now(even from the factory). LED headlights are way more reflective the Halogen or Xenon bulbs, but every manufacturere puts them in vehicles cause they are much cheaper. At least when older fancy cars had HID Xenon headlights, they would come tuned or with an auto leveling feature to prevent you from blinding other drivers, but now automakers are just slapping in LED bulbs and calling it a day.

At my place of work, when we calibrate the headlights the beam is supposed to be under the 24" line from 25ft away, and some cars(especially trucks) the light beam is well over 2 foot higher. Even worse is when guest replace there stock halogen bulbs with cheap aftermarket LED headlights and don't make a single effort to lower them(it literally just takes one Philips screwdriver and a few twists). Lifted and heavy duty trucks are by far the worse offender, as you can't even lower the height of the lights enough to have them below the 24" line.

Being a Dodge Caliber, that vehicle definitely contains the rust bio weapon.

Not all of them. Some are good people just trying to operate a place for people to live and that care about there guest. Unfortunately, the industry is ripe with people willing to take advantage of others. However it goes both ways, as I know of tons of tenants that have abused there privilege's and or destroyed the properties and left the landlord on the hook.

If it is for a smaller room or just a gaming setup then this will definitely do. Don't expect too much and you will be happy.
