I'm going to be in winnipeg for few days next week. I'm wanting to get some opinions on the best places to get sushi in town. Preferably an all you can eat place.

For all you can eat, IGI is the only place in town that I can recommend(just make sure you book in advance if you want a regular dinner slot). There is other places that offer all you can eat, but those places have limited selection and are 99% rice(Sushi Jet had rolls the size of a fist, with a sliver of crab meat inside). With IGI you get a nice variety of raw sashimi, negiri sushi and rolls, plus the Korean BBQ and all there appetizers is a bonus.
I've only been to IGI two or three times. Their BBQ is great. The sashimi is great. The sushi rolls are heavy on the rice and light on the meat IMO. Rice is cheap and meat is expensive. I wouldn't go to IGI for all you can eat sushi specifically. I'd go for all you can eat, that happens to have Sushi on the side.
