Quitting substances. Have a had a couple slip ups. (Xanax) but havenā€™t touched it in 4 days. Feel just fine. But quitting all hard drugs, alcohol, and nicotine. Much cleaner life. Clearer head. Better skin. Can feel the full force of life. Getting through the hard times is addicting. The strength you feel after ward is amazing.

You have a special place in my heart brother. I grew up listening to you, and still listen to you. Through the good times and DEFINITELY the bad times you have gotten me through. Through addiction especially your music resonates with me and many others. Your music will live on for eternity. No doubt one of the greatest vocalist and lyricist to ever do it. I would pick a top hit but they are all hits in my eyes. If I HAD to pick one it would be ā€œtimes of troubleā€. RIP. Your music lives on and reverberates through the universe manā€¦ peace and love.

You say you find NO enjoyment in life EXCEPT those things. So you find enjoyment in something in life. And dude you hear it all the time. Success will come with failure after failure. For a small amount of people success will fall in your lap. If you think that it will happen to you your kind of ungrateful. Let it come. Kind of a snobby 20 year old thing to say if you ask me. TRY to get enjoyment out of life. The little things are what matter and count.

A grown man eating at 1700 calories for 60 days is not normal though. If you gotta rough it . Rough it. You could go about it slow and do 2000-2200 depending on energy expenditure.

You need to stay hydrated whilst in a cut. Electrolytes. Eat Whole Foods. Eat Alotta veggies to feel some what satiated. But man , like I said, if you have a hard rigorous day. Eat maybe 2-300 more calories than you normally would in carbs. Just how Iā€™d go about it. Make sure youā€™re getting protein fat and carbs though. Rice eggs and maybe some lean turkey. Donā€™t starve your self. Do this for about 60 days then maybe do a week of a slight refeed. But if your body can handle it. Do it.

Find your basal metabolic rate and eat under that.

ā€˜Broken upā€™? do you fucking mean broken it into 100 other factions leading to numerous civil wars? The bull shit that comes out of Mexicos news and even americas news NEVER .. EVER NEVER EVER ceases to fucking amaze me.

OoOooooooOoo a new ghost?ā€¦ son of a bitch Trying to give these things up man..

Left behind-peeling wax If this song doesnā€™t get your adrenaline flowing then try meth. Because listening to this song is VEEERY similar .

With all honesty, I have no idea what you mean when you say ā€œthe same high as being a slobā€? Being lazy and a slob does not get me high? Kind of weird , I donā€™t know, thatā€™s just me. I took a Xanax bar the other day and I kind of consider that ā€œbeing a slobā€ because itā€™s an easy way out of anxiety. So I guess I can say I got a high from doing something a seem as being a slob. But thereā€™s nothing like hitting 300 burpees then running a 2 miler. Nothing like it. My opinion though.

Okay despite what any of these people are saying, Iā€™m going to be straight forward. Yes, you can absolutely lose progress. If you are tracking calories and not going over your daily intake, you are fine. If you are over doing it and going over your calorie restriction yes you can go down hill VERY fucking fast. I am not going to sugar coat shit. If people keep telling you ā€œah!, youā€™ll be fine youā€™ll get it back in a few days!ā€ And you listen to this advice, youā€™ll keep repeating it and doing it again and losing every time and wondering why the fuck your not losing weight. There you go.
