I’m noticing I get a legitimate high after I do something that I think is a cheat / slob behaviour. Like sleeping in all day, or getting takeout.
I’m putting on weight and I’d like to lose it soon. Will I ever feel the same excitement over working out and whipping up healthy meals? Both things take more time and effort vs takeout and relaxing all day, obviously.
There isn’t any workaround this, is there? 😂
I feel even better after a workout than I ever did binge eating. It’s sucks getting to the gym but when I’m working out I love pushing myself and feeling that good burn
