Find your basal metabolic rate and eat under that.
You want to eat under your TDEE, not your BMR.
I addressed that thank you.
Right. So I just googled this, and it says 1900 calories a day. But I do utilize the 'lose it' app to track food. Mainly to count carbs, so I know how much insulin to take. I'm usually around 1700 or less, so I'm not really sure what else.
One difficult thing is that when my blood sugar gets low, I need to correct it, and I usually drink a glass of orange juice.
You need to stay hydrated whilst in a cut. Electrolytes. Eat Whole Foods. Eat Alotta veggies to feel some what satiated. But man , like I said, if you have a hard rigorous day. Eat maybe 2-300 more calories than you normally would in carbs. Just how I’d go about it. Make sure you’re getting protein fat and carbs though. Rice eggs and maybe some lean turkey. Don’t starve your self. Do this for about 60 days then maybe do a week of a slight refeed. But if your body can handle it. Do it.
Thanks!
No problem.
A grown man eating at 1700 calories for 60 days is not normal though. If you gotta rough it . Rough it. You could go about it slow and do 2000-2200 depending on energy expenditure.
