Sounds like a good idea. Thanks. Any house recs or just Airbnb?

You are absolutely right! Thanks. Maybe we will just go to Nantucket for now and spend a few days there. White elephant looks good! We also saw Nantucket hotel and resort. Do you have any preference? Or any other family friendly hotels?

Thanks. We’re actually coming from DC. Doesn’t look like any flights to Hyannis or Nantucket. So probably will have to go the Boston route

Great rec. question: what’s the best way to get there? Where should we fly into

Any recommendations for a beachy luxury resort like property on the east coast with toddler and baby? We were thinking Portland Maine, but also open to South Carolina or even Florida

Summer “beachy” travel on east coast, with 3 yo and 6 mo old.

Like title suggests, just looking for travel ideas for the summer. Originally had plans with other couples but cancelled last minute.

We were thinking Portland, Maine. Wife was thinking south east coast with outer banks/charleston.

We're open to ideas as well. Maybe somewhere nice in florida?

Overall looking for a high end scale resort preferably close to the beach and appropriate for little ones. Thanks!

Cool. One would be a dummy to book a suite with the 20k points +$561 right? Guess it just comes down to whether i want to spend 40k a night on this or mostly cash with some points

Great. Thanks! Good to know

Thanks! And once I submit my final ECF do I apply for forbearance then?

Thanks! And once I submit the final one do I request for forbearance?

7 months left… what should I do?

I’m currently at 113 eligible payments. I haven’t certified employment since 4/2023 but I’ve been at the same employer since. In preparation for 120 payments, should i re-certify now and again at the 120 mark?

What’s the strategy as we get to the light at the end of the tunnel?

I heard once we hit 120 payments, we then file paperwork for PSLF again and request forbearance then?

Thanks!

Update: grass is all back! Not dead. Some heavy rains did the trick.

Hey. I really appreciate your feedback. Let me tell him that idea. Thanks again

Update: response from contractor. Thoughts?

“The solution for the front would be because there’s 6 1/2 inches left from the third board. We could take out the sliver in next full board and make two boards that are 3 1/4 wide each. We went this route so you would have less not full size boards and less face screws. Also when we cut them they lost the round edge so it would look a little different.“

Here is the response from the contractor. What are your thoughts?

They’re a small company. I doubt they’ll fix it. Any ideas on recourse? Ask for some $$ back?

Makes sense. What do you think I should do or that can be done at this point?

What are your thoughts on the insulation leaking through the interior though

Thanks. I didn’t think about that. What are your thoughts on the insulation leaking through the interior though

Thanks! Appreciate it
