Just for sake of education, the number in a bra measurement has nothing to do with breast size. It’s the measurement (in what you put it’s in inches) around the woman’s chest under the breasts. So, the part the band goes around at the base of the bra. 38 would be a very thick woman, and 48 would be very obese. Cup size has to do with the difference in the above measurement, and the measurement around the woman’s chest including the breasts.
