I went back and forth with Rover support. I jumped through the hoops but before paying for another background check I wanted assurance that my profile would be reinstated vs having to start over. They never answered that question but eventually I got an email asking me to fill out the info for a background check that I didn't have to pay for.

I *never* got an email notifying me that I had passed the background check. I checked a couple of days after I filled out the info and was able to reactivate my profile. It's been several days since and still no word from Rover or the background check company that I passed but my profile has the gold checkmark on it.

I did get an email from Rover asking me to rate a specific individual's support but I never spoke or emailed with anyone by that name. lol
