Just curious what kind of exercising or other changes did you make to lose so much? I know our eating styles change, but I haven’t heard anything talk about what else they’ve changed. I’m up to 7.5mg I started Feb 5 and have lost 19.8 lbs in 15 weeks.
Also I don’t feel any change in my inflammation, is that also supposed to be a side effect?
I was strict 98 % of the time. I didn’t eat fast food , made sure I had antiquate protein , for me core protein was my go to. I also didn’t have any alcohol or cheat days. Just listened to my body , ate when I was hungry ( nutritious food ). I walked more not over kill on it , also lift weights 2 days a week sometimes 3. Also didn’t kill myself at the gym.
I haven’t tried to seriously lose weight and I was on 2.5mg for a month and lost 30 pounds and I’m not huge and all fat. I have a lot of muscle weight also. But I didn’t walk any extra than work and ate what I wanted just a whole lot less for sure. I use to have a lot of swelling in my legs after work and it completely went away while taking the medicine. I haven’t been able to get another month yet because I couldn’t find the 5mg now I have and I’m dealing with insurance acting stupid
It’s me. 😂. The first pic isn’t the most flattering. Second pic , I am wearing makeup and the lighting was just right, and I was trying to look pretty. lol
I actually did both ! When zepbound became so hard to get I decided to have compound on hand in the case I couldn’t obtain zepbound. Have had to do a few weeks of compound. Took away the stress.
Wow. You look amazing! I havent been able to step up to the 5mg yet because every pharmacy in a 200 mi radius is out! All my progress will be undone before I can ever get another prescription filled. It's very frustrating!
Try this again , thought I responded. I ate perfect 97% of the time. Core protein was my go to. I walked but didn’t kill myself , went to gym and lifted twice , rarely 3 times a week , also didn’t kill myself. Didn’t drink alcohol ever. Did my fitness pal and tracked my food most days. Hope this helps. And you are doing great !
Are you tracking calories ? I find if I stop tracking I can slide into over consuming, it’s a pattern in my life ! I stay in a calorie deficit or I won’t lose.
I just took my 3rd shot at 2.5 yesterday and hadn’t stepped on the scale and it says I lost 5lbs. I’m so excited about this and can’t wait to get to your level of progress. I have a row machine which I use daily for about 10 -15 mins because that’s all I can handle lol. You look amazing
I’m so happy for you !! You CAN do this !! Just remember use it as a tool to get you down another and another and another pound ! I would recommend when the time goes by always be conscious of the fact zepbound is a tool and we still need to do the work ! Meaning moving and eating healthy options. Like most people I too have to always be aware of my intentions around food. Am I using it for fuel or am I using to zone out or feel some type of way? I’m beyond excited for you . I can hear the spark in your paragraph. ❤️
What REALLY sticks out to me is the pure joy and happiness you can see in the 2nd photo! You are beautiful in both, but the light in your eyes in the 2nd one is so telling. Congratulations!! 🖤
It reminds me about what Elizabeth Taylor said about taking on the role in Who’s Afraid of Virgina Woolf? Supposedly, the director initially wanted her to lose weight, in order to look more haggard and thus older. And she replied that if he wanted her to look older, she should gain weight. He agreed and she gained 30 pounds to play Martha, a character 20 years older than she was.
Yeah, I noticed immediately after starting Zepbound that swelling in my calves and in the ankle where I have tendinitis had gone down drastically. That chronic inflammation did a number on many of us for so long. May we all live happier, healthier lives from now on!
Wow you look 20 years younger !
