Whatever the federal per diem rate is for that city

I really appreciate your help :)

You've made my planning so much easier! Thanks so much for all the recommendations!

Mother/daughter trip to Greece Recommendations

Hello all, I'll be going on a trip to Athens in the last two weeks of July with my mom for a friends wedding. The wedding will be in the middle of the trip, leaving me 6 days before the wedding and 4 days after the wedding to travel. We plan to spend at least 2-3 days in Athens visiting the Acropolis (and Museum), etc.
We're not into beaches or nightlife. We're looking for recommendations/suggestions/ideas if anyone has any!

We love food, and visiting historical sites and hiking/walking around.

Would anyone have any recommendations for places/islands that are fairly easy to go to/from Athens? We would prefer not spending too many hours traveling as our trip is short.

We would love to find somewhere with great food and history.

I've read Rhodes or Crete might have some nice historical sites, but I'm open to all suggestions!

As you can tell, I only have loosely formed thoughts, so any and all suggestions are welcome.
Thanks so much!

The movie was basically a Tag Heuer ad lol 😆

Congratulations to you both! These pictures are EPIC! Wishing you both a happy and healthy life together 🥳🎉🎊🍾

Hello fellow Floridian!

Undergrad: Had 100% Bright futures + University scholarship, so I was able to pocket a few thousand each semester.

Grad: thinking about it!

Referrals

Just in case someone is looking, IQVIA is hiring for CRAs right now with at least a bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.

I make $110k as a CRA II at a large CRO

Gotcha. Pretax to Roth is a conversion. Thanks!

Honestly, in this economy, whichever one is cheaper for you. See which one you got more scholarships to/would cost less would be my choice. Either way, best of luck!

457 to Roth IRA Conversion/RolloverRetirement

Hello all,
I'm currently in the process of converting/rolling over my 457b to my Roth IRA (for consolidation purposes).
For tax purposes, does it matter if the following is coded as a rollover or a conversion?
Also, if it does matter, should it be coded as rollover or a conversion?
Thanks!

… I agree that parking could be better, but have you been to other Florida state university campuses? UF and FSUs buildings are even farther apart than ours…

8 DOS for all full service CRAs I think it depends on your manager

The "unlimited" PTO is technically capped at 30 days for us unfortunately...

We’ve been back to work since 02Jan2024….
