* **Relevant topics only:** No content that isn’t UCF related. Social content is acceptable, but other things outside of this isn’t allowed. Refer to the Posting Guide for more details: https://www.reddit.com/r/ucf/wiki/index/posting-guide
* **Be civil:** Remember the human behind the screen. No name calling, or general harassment. Lighthearted trolling will be permitted as long as it doesn’t go too far. Submissions and comments that are written to deliberately incite reactions or cause heated and uncivil arguments will be removed.
* **No Harassment:** No sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or other forms of cyberbullying including targeted harassment/witch hunts. We do not condone mob justice or witch hunts to target individuals, this behavior is dangerous and rarely helpful. We want r/UCF to be a welcoming place for all people, and in that spirit, nothing that is hateful or that is targeted harassment based on sexual orientation, race, or gender identity will be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate ban.
* **No Politics:** Civil discussion of politics about UCF and UCF Administration will be permitted, but campaigning, brigading, or harassment will not be permitted.
* **No Personal Information/Doxxing:** We do not allow personal information to be posted on the subreddit for any reason. This includes license plates. Posting information with the intent of doxxing will result in an immediate ban.
* **No Illegal Activity:** No academic dishonesty. Dealing illicit substances and other criminal offenses is strictly prohibited. This will result in a perma-ban and may be reported to the authorities.
* **No porn or otherwise NSFW content:** There are places for that, r/UCF isn’t that place. 
* **No Soliciting:** Donations, selling things, or looking for thing to buy are not permitted. There are other places for that. Used textbooks and iClickers will be permitted. Housing Ads are not allowed. Redirect housing ads to r/UCFStudentHousing.
* **No spam, low quality, repetitive posts:** If you can reasonably obtain the information by googling it or searching the subreddit, please don’t post it. Posts will be removed if a megathread relating to the topic is in pinned. "Chance Me" and hook-up posts are not permitted.
* **No breaking site-wide rules:** Do not violate Reddit's content policy. Find those rules here: https://www.reddit.com/help/contentpolicy
