Pioneer TS-A are fine OEM replacement speakers. Just don't expect them to sound much different.

There aren't really any standout speakers in that price range that are significantly better than another. Just get whichever you can afford.

Extrabass is a marketing gimmick that can send distorted signal to your speakers and ruin them. So don't use it. You want bass, get a subwoofer.

Then you'll get a winback call from Fido with a better deal. It's how the game is played.

If you want cheaper plans from Fido/Koodo/Virgin you must shop around on Black Friday and Christmas, switch back and forth to whoever is giving you the rock bottom price.

Search YouTube, it's really impossible to get those stains out. Attempting to refinish the wood just releases the smell into the air. Staining the floor a really dark colour can mask them. One reason why landlords generally don't like pets.

Get some rugs. Buy your own mirrors and clean the place yourself. You said it was a nice place, make it a home.

The bad traffic happens on all of the local streets once the fireworks are over. It can take two hours or more to get out of the core and/or cross the provincial border. But no problem for the 417.

The 401 will be congested toward Toronto as residents return after the long weekend.

Customizable background is a feature found on more expensive radios. If you want album art, you really need Android Auto or Apple Carplay. Bluetooth can't transmit album art data.

Disable the WiFi in the T3200M and use the booster only. Much better performance and can handle loads more concurrent devices.

Mine would respond by horking up a hairball on the carpet

Today, the modern solution for smartphone connectivity is Android Auto. Music goes digitally from the phone to the head unit over USB or WiFi for unadulterated quality. That requires a screen, of course, and there are options with floating or flip out screens off a single DIN chassis. Nobody is investing any development into straight single DIN radios anymore.

Your 7a has wireless charging, so you could use a USB C to aux adapter and charge simultaneously.

My advice, and some will cringe at this, just cut off the factory plug in the ceilica and wire it up.

The plug sitting on top of the gear shift is a molex plug, not seen on a car, looks like something custom somebody did in the past. Welcome to the joy of owning a classic car that somebody already "fixed"

The manual for your Pioneer in Japanese translates literally to "small box" identifying what the small box is. Not even joking. https://jpn.pioneer/ja/support/manual/manual_pdf.php?m_id=650 Just a caution to install it away from the main unit, perhaps due to interference?

The cable in the third pic is for an iPod dock or 30 pin Apple connector which today is functionally obsolete.

The Pioneer 1770 is trash prone to failure, avoid it.

Schlage Encode. Has smartphone app and HA integration. If you are delaying HA deployment, WiFi is your only option.

The A series are meant for replacing dead factory speakers with something that sounds similar. Not an upgrade path, really. Consider D series, or if you want a bright metal tweeter, the Z series.

Some amps have signal sense turn on, so you don't need a remote turn on wire. Otherwise find a factory wiring diagram for your car.

Telus MoCA is supported only for connecting Telus gear to the Telus router. Any other use or advanced functions aren't implemented by Telus. If you feel that strongly about it, run Ethernet instead.

Rogers bought Ericsson cellular gear.

Telus bought Hauwei cellular gear.

Guess which one has to switch all of their gear out because the feds in Canada and the US declared Huawei excommunicado?

It's a painful time for Telus, and will be for years.
