I did a search and couldn't find anything recent on MOCA 2.5 adapters and MPS (Moca protected setup). I bought a used Telus branded ECB6250A for $40 - looks like I could have called Telus and asked for some adapters for free? Anyway, MOCA 2.5 supports MPS which I believe encrypts communication between other MOCA 2.5 adapters - which includes the Telus Fibre head unit (Technicolor NH20T). I couldn't find an MPS button on the head unit. I am in a townhouse and my shaw cable box is external to my unit - maybe just tin foil hat anxiety, but I'd feel better knowing my MOCA boxes are encrypted to each other.
Anyone tried getting MPS to work?
Also, I logged into my telus router and could not find anysection where MOCA adapters live - was hoping maybe I could hard code MAC address or something
