John the Baptist lived as a wild man in the woods, not as a street preacher or someone in the synagogues.
But he did not wall himself like a monastery.
Here the words of Jesus since you won't hear mine.
"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." - Mark 16:15
"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” - Luke 19:10
Now what does God say about people who isolate themselves?
A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment. - Proverbs 18:1
I do not say that someone who lives in a monastary sins. I do think it is unwise and not what God has commanded us to do.
I’d implore you to do more research on this topic before making any more unfounded claims.
I think biblical examples are the best research on this subject.
Fair Use is a thing in copyright law. Someone using a copyrighted work for educational purposes can fall into that, depending on how much is used and how it is used.
Here, from the US Copyright Office, lists the tests for Fair Use.
To fish, you have to to where the fish are.
You know you're doing something right when Satan attacks you.
It's when Satan leaves you alone is when you have to start questioning things.
The point is to go out into the world. Not hole up and expect the world to come to you.
He told me the importance of monasticism.
Monasticism is the opposite of what the Bible commands us to do: Go out and spread the good news.
Can't do that walled up, avoiding the world.
Well, the stain is in there. And I would assume that you can't get a single sheet when it is a set.
So LL is entitled to the depreciated value of the set.
What would be the depreciated value of bedsheets?
I am looking at houses in Minnesota, and a couple struck me up near Lake of the Woods.
It seems pretty remote. That doesn't necessarily scare me. I like to be left alone and am pretty much a home body.
But looking at Google maps, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot to do other than fish.
Anyone have any insight into the area? What is there to do in places like Baudette? Or Warroad?
His degree is literally in theology, so he's well aware of it.
I know a lot of people who have degrees in subjects they know nothing about.
Either way, go back to your doctor and tell him that the nausea has been going on for months. The meds may need to be changed. Assuming the nausea started with the meds?
UK? So National Health? Good luck. :)
I have stomach issues, too, and my doctor said I am "significantly underweight." So I understand your issue.
The reason you binge is because you go for so long without eating. When the nausea clears up, you're starving and you eat everything in sight. I know because it happens to me.
I don't know what spironolactone is, so I had to look it up. I won't question your doctor's advice.
Ah, mitazipine. An anti-depressant. There's your nausea. It should clear up in a few days unless you change dosages.
If you continue to have nausea (sounds like it), ask for a Rx of compazine (an old drug) or zofran (a newer drug and the go-to these days). Those help with nausea. Really old school is phenegran. Careful, that stuff will make you really sleepy!
A good treatment for nausea is sugar. Get yourself seven Pixi Styx and eat them. (Not the huge ones!!!) It works amazing! Sugar syrup is what Disneyland uses to treat people with nausea. Note that it doesn't work on every kind of nausea. You'll generally know when it will work and when it won't.
Ice cream is good. Bread tends to sit well. But you should know that by now with your experience.
Feel free to let me know how it is going. I am with you all the way on the nausea issue. Had it since I was 10. It's horrible. I know your struggle.
The HoA had a staircase without a handrail? How did that pass inspection let alone get insurance coverage?

That is not black mold. Black mold doesn't like the light.
Could be mildew or a different mold.
How to approach your LL? Tell him you have water stains and what looks like mold growth in the ceiling.
You need to go to your doctor and change medication. This one simply isn't working for you.
Is this an anti-depressant? The nausea will pass after a few days unless you change the dose. Then it starts all over again.
Tenant decides to leave: "I gave you notice. So what if I didn't use the exact words I was supposed to? It was clear enough."
Tenant decides to remain: "I wasn't giving notice. I didn't use the exact words of giving notice of my intent to vacate. I was simply negotiating!"
Oh that was a brilliant example. I am going to steal it!
since no one can earn Salvation by their own actions since everyone sins
No, we can not earn salvation. But it is our choice to need salvation. We can simply choose not to sin. But we choose poorly.
So we are without excuse.
ould You Say that someone who lives in isolated tribe is guilty of never hearing about Jesus?
Jesus specifically? No. But God, yes. And his requirements for righteousness.
People are aware of God even without Jesus.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. - Romans 1:20
People sin not because they haven't heard of God, but because they want to.
If you're so concerned about how a neighbour keeps his property, buy his property. Then you can do what you want with it.
If it isn't your property, keep your opinion to yourself.
$4000 for six hours due to a medical emergency? I'd take that to Court. "Substantial compliance" is a thing, and the complex is going to have to demonstrate how they were actually damaged before they can collect something like that.
Can't help you about the reference, though you can always threaten to sue them for libel if they give you a bad one.
Here are a couple theories theories regarding God hardening someone's heart:
1) God gave Pharaoh what Pharaoh wanted. After all, Pharaoh was kind of a jerk already.
2) God purposed to harden Pharaoh's heart to demonstrate his power. That doesn't seem right, though, as how could Pharaoh be charged with sin if he had no choice in the matter.
3) Bible writers often ascribe to God that which God did not do because God is the higher authority. This is a common practice and something that happens even today.
For example: If I were to kill someone, the Bible could properly record it as God killing someone because God is the higher authority.
To show you how that works in modern times: Seal Team Six went in and killed Osama bin Laden. However, U.S. President Obama is often given the credit. "Obama killed bin Laden." Because Obama, being President, is the higher authority even though he had nothing to do with it other than giving the okay to do it.
I don't believe that God is some kind of Cosmic Puppeteer and we have no say on the matter. We have free will. God can arrange things, move things, and certainly can affect things, but we ultimately are free to choose what we do.
As far as the magicians go, Satan certainly can mimic God. Revelation states that the False Prophet will do some seriously wild miracles.
