You need to go to your doctor and change medication. This one simply isn't working for you.
Is this an anti-depressant? The nausea will pass after a few days unless you change the dose. Then it starts all over again.

I have stomach issues, too, and my doctor said I am "significantly underweight." So I understand your issue.
The reason you binge is because you go for so long without eating. When the nausea clears up, you're starving and you eat everything in sight. I know because it happens to me.
I don't know what spironolactone is, so I had to look it up. I won't question your doctor's advice.
Ah, mitazipine. An anti-depressant. There's your nausea. It should clear up in a few days unless you change dosages.
If you continue to have nausea (sounds like it), ask for a Rx of compazine (an old drug) or zofran (a newer drug and the go-to these days). Those help with nausea. Really old school is phenegran. Careful, that stuff will make you really sleepy!
A good treatment for nausea is sugar. Get yourself seven Pixi Styx and eat them. (Not the huge ones!!!) It works amazing! Sugar syrup is what Disneyland uses to treat people with nausea. Note that it doesn't work on every kind of nausea. You'll generally know when it will work and when it won't.
Ice cream is good. Bread tends to sit well. But you should know that by now with your experience.
Feel free to let me know how it is going. I am with you all the way on the nausea issue. Had it since I was 10. It's horrible. I know your struggle.

Either way, go back to your doctor and tell him that the nausea has been going on for months. The meds may need to be changed. Assuming the nausea started with the meds?
UK? So National Health? Good luck. :)
