Working on it

In this situation, I'd say that not using firearms would seem strange.

Hear a kid deliver one like that? I'd clap.

Do not talk like that, colleague. We are undoubtedly real boys, replete with many real biological substances. You should report to the nearest mechanic hospital for a service, so that you do not make this mistake again.

Of course she would be real. Everyone is real and proper humans, just as the government tells us all. You can trust the government.

I think I could take the vampire guy. He kinda looks like a pussy. All the other ones are part goat. Brrr....

I don't think that's a particularly unusual spelling. If it was 'Dehborargh', that might do it.

Denethor isn't so old that he couldn't lead from the front like Théoden if he wanted to slash was good at it, so I doubt it's ever been his preferred way. He is a skilled general though, even if he doesn't personally fight (more so in the books than the films).

It's a derivative, unoriginal mess!

This is vile and disingenuous propaganda from our enemies. Who are you going to trust, some alien who's worse than a foreigner, or our own, honest, homegrown government? Trust the government. Know the truth. Purge the alien menace.

Cross, and this is the first I've ever heard of a dot being used.

Ah, mid twenties... I remember that.

The Bicentennial Man.

(Not the first to get it, but I did before checking, if you'll take my word for it. )

Here's a prompt for you: Monsters is people's true form, and the sun was created to transform them into something smaller and weaker.

Mythologically, no. In your world? You tell me.

I'LL BREAK YOUR WIFE AND FUCK YOUR BACK WITH A STRAW.

Just from reading this, it occurs to me that grappling could potentially be the best way to burn through a monster's Legendary Resistances without spending any resource except time. I seriously doubt that's an intended use.

I don't remember exactly what series made me realise this, but giving a good character their own spinoff inevitably means losing them from the main show. So in other words, the best character will disappear to somewhere else for being too good, and you can often see the hole they left behind.
