I don’t! Not often anyway.

Back in the day (over 10 years ago) I brought my friends back some moonshine from Gatlinburg. But you can buy it at our local liquor store so…it’s not really special?

If I find a local (to where I’m staying) place that has great homemade chocolates or a coffee roaster or brewery, something like that maybe I’ll bring back something for my sister in laws family or whatever. I was recently in VA and stopped a place that had sauces/spices/candy etc from local Amish families. I bought my BIL a little jar of some jalapeño honey. Good stuff.

But some gifts are weird to me..Why should I get someone a shirt that says “Shenandoah National Park” if they’ve never been…?!

Curious to see others answers though!

You’ll have to stop in one if you ever pass by one in another state 🤗

Oh that’s a bummer!! Such a fun store. Good around Christmas for stocking stuffers or we always grab a gift or gift card for my sons friends birthdays!

It’s a chain store that sells a lot of random shit. Candy, no brand cell phone accessories, games, stuffed animals, etc etc. Use to be everything was $5 and under but now they have more expensive stuff. It’s a cool spot.

We grabbed a bag from 5 below the other day. Pretty good!!! Such an interesting texture.

I always get a tshirt, my husband gets a hat, and my son use to get a stuffed animal when he was younger but he’s kind of out grown that. I also buy him a patch from hikes we do or places we go and hope to someday do something with them lol.

I really really wish we bought an ornament so we could hang on tree and think of our trips! Maybe we will start.

I found three of these in the goodwill recently. A big nope from me lol

Cotton candy all the way. Never bubblegum.

Lake Nummy in Belleplain, while beautiful, is far from primitive. That place is poppingggg in the summer

You can wear headphones playing music or noise cancelling ones. I try to go at less busy times. I come fully fed and fully hydrated. Making sure I pee before heading in. lol. Seriously if I am hungry or have to pee it’s not going to be fun experience. I try not to rush. If I’m feeling overwhelmed in a certain area I’ll skip that section. For example, the jean section of my goodwill is a hot mess so I always skip because it stresses me out.

Whenever I play someone tells where the tree is at and by the time I find my way there it’s already chopped and done. No one ever waited and it makes me sad. Also why does it take so god damn long to get from place to place in this game
