Fair!
I don’t! Not often anyway.
Back in the day (over 10 years ago) I brought my friends back some moonshine from Gatlinburg. But you can buy it at our local liquor store so…it’s not really special?
If I find a local (to where I’m staying) place that has great homemade chocolates or a coffee roaster or brewery, something like that maybe I’ll bring back something for my sister in laws family or whatever. I was recently in VA and stopped a place that had sauces/spices/candy etc from local Amish families. I bought my BIL a little jar of some jalapeño honey. Good stuff.
But some gifts are weird to me..Why should I get someone a shirt that says “Shenandoah National Park” if they’ve never been…?!
Curious to see others answers though!
Yeah the shirt thing is weird to me too
My best presents were olive oil from Greece, saffron from Spain, chocolates from Switzerland.
Love that!
Nothing. I spent all my money on traveling.
