I’m 65 - retired. I started going to the gym to get some of my lost muscle back. 174lb 6ft. Fast forward 2 years and I’m same weight, but interesting enough I’ve regained My ass back (squats/lunge)that was missing and upper body muscle (pull-ups/bence) Workout 3X week. I love it and hope to continue till I can’t.
2pm martini, 8pm double whiskey. Everyday. No health issues….i would miss them dearly if i stopped.
