hi there!

context: i'm a 21 y/o F, and 5 foot 2, and 200 lb. i have been very depressed, and working my way out of it for the last few years. i'm also recently diagnosed with adhd. parents never really taught me the right bathing/hygine techniques, so feel free to dumb it down as much as you'd like. tyia

as i've made progress, healed, and am slowly doing better, i become more and more un-ok with the state of my hygiene routine.

i was wondering if you'd be open to going through some tips for GOAL routines, paired with which things are most important, if that makes sense?

like i'd love to get rid of the dark skin under my arms, but i'm still so depressed that i'm proud of myself for brushing my teeth once a week. (sorry for tmi, i really need help)

my parents weren't the most in depth teachers, and ive been very out of practice. the more in depth/descriptive, the better. (pretend you're teaching an advanced toddler)

i recently discovered plus sized leaning hygiene tips on tiktok and a lot of them were game changing; things i never even thought about before. in your personal opinion, what's the most important part of your hygiene/daily routine? what order do you wash your body in? if i had to pick morning or evening to brush my teeth which one is more productive? these questions just tip the surface. tell me your favorite niche fact? idk just educate me so hard.

if you have any tips that help your neurodivergent hygiene routine i would LOVE to hear them. (i use a shower chair and wax ear plugs to get in the shower on hard days, thinking of investing in some goggles next)
