So i got a new photon mono 2 as my first printer and haven’t been able to print anything cuz the prints keep sticking to the tank. What could be the problem and what could i do to fix this issue?
Thanks for the advice but I found out that the plate was not even touching the fep and now I fixed it so i just did my first successful print :D
I did but I don’t have access to anycubic directly since anycubic doesn’t have a shipping to my country so I ordered it from third party
I checked the app and I couldn’t find anything to change that can you guide me about how to do it ?
I tried it but still the same result it sticks to the fep film and thus results in no prints

So i got out of my room with my head set and got out of range and my head set disconnected now that i am back it wont connect back and even synapse doesn’t recognize it i would appreciate any help.I tried restarting I tried changing the usb port area and each time it connects for few seconds and then disconnects again.

So i was playing and then suddenly it just broke on my head and it broke on the part that connects the buds to the handle as far as i know warranty for some reason does not cover it so i was wondering if anyone met this same problem and designed the piece so i can use it to print a new one and replace it.i appreciate every help just wanna fix it cuz i really cant afford a new headset.
