After 5 years of intense use, the left click of my mamba elite is not working correctly. So i know its an old mouse but in terms of style i love it (more than Cobra). my Q is, should i buy again for 70€ or Cobra (40€)?

I see Cobra has new technologies of Razer, and i dont if its worth.

As the title suggests I want to upgrade my (2024) blade storage looking for the best tool kit I want to add a 4TB SD to my blade

Firstly, Razer Synapse can be a pain to open sometimes and take 10-20 minutes to boot up, and this wouldn't be a problem if not for the fact that when razer syanpse isn't open, my side buttons on my mouse don't work and instead they change to an different preset that doesn't even exist anymore.

For example, with Razer Synapse open, the side buttons are bound to MouseButton4/5, however when Synapse is not open, the first mouse button is one of my arrow keys and the second mouse button is a Macro I made ages ago and DELETED meaning it doesn't even exist anymore, but my mouse still performs it whenever Synapse isn't open and I press my side button.

How do I fix this?

I recently purchased the Razer Blade 14 (2023) two weeks ago, and I've encountered an issue: whenever I plug it in, the fans immediately ramp up to maximum speed. I thought it might be a problem with Synapse, but uninstalling it didn't resolve the issue. Are there any solutions to this problem, or should I consider resetting the entire laptop?

Saw a post for a fix on this but had no link. use this repairing tool to repair your dongle and headset and everything should work fine.

My DaV3 died and won't turn back on or even start charging. The USB cable works (I checked with my Viper v2) , and the dongle is recognized when I try to run the update software. I can't update my dongle or mouse though because the mouse doesn't even register when its plugged into the working USB. I've checked all my USB ports they are all updated and working. I'm gentle with my mouse, no slamming, dropping, or being rough. Does anybody know a fix? My other mice are working fine, so I don't know if there is a fix, or did I just get a shit one from the store?

For some reason when I try to middle mouse click I push downward but for it to actually recognize the click the mouse wants my to pull back and down and it feels inconvenient to use. Any tips?

So I moved to macOS, currently on Sonoma - M2 Mini, if that is relevant in any way.

Headset - Blackshark V2 Wireless: works but volume is not recognized, any fix would be appreciated.

Basilisk Ultimate also works, no issues with that.

Razer Ornata works, but the lighting on Mac sucks. I had this pretty colour scheme that I really miss. This is where I ask for your help: is there any way to save the Synapse 3 profile on its onboard memory (or a file of some sort) and have it work off that, as Synapse is not on Mac?

Just what the title says.

I have a Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL and a Basilisk V3 pro working off of the same dongle.
Mid-game, both stopped working.
Synapse wouldn't recognize them. They didn't show up in 'Devices' on Device Manager.
Both work just fine using Bluetooth. And Synapse recognizes them when Bluetooth is on (although at one point I was able to use my keyboard and Synapse didn't show it in the devices before reinstalling Synapse).

I figured the dongle must have just died and thought I had to buy a new one.
Before dishing out money, I tried troubleshooting using the "Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool 1.0.0.8".

After it told me to uninstall Synapse, and restart, with synapse no longer on my PC, both the mouse and keyboard started working with the 2.4 dongle. I finished the rest of the troubleshooting instructions.

Once I reinstalled Synapse, they stopped working again, and I'm back to using Bluetooth.

I'd like to be able to customize profiles on the fly (or at least know which profile my mouse is on) as well as use the dongle. But the software won't let me do both.

Does anyone know of any type of fix for this? Even if it's a third party App, as Razer hardware is really good, but their software is atrocious.

Greeting I faced That The Headset Have an Issue when I use Synapse THX Spatial I Had High Haptic And when I lower It Still To High Even in Movies While They Talk to each other It Gives Me High Haptic That Make Battery Consume To Fast The Issue I face Is The Haptic Can't Be adjust While Using Synapse THX Spatial

I am having issues with some disconnections with my wireless headset, so I went to follow the troubleshooting steps and that included firmware update. But the firmware update fails 100% of the time and I have been trying various solutions for 2 days now. I think the issue might be that I am trying to make too large of a leap at once in firmware revisions. Does anyone know if there is an archive of older firmware updaters so I can test my theory?

Specifically I am on razer kraken v3 pro 1.06 firmware, and it is trying to update me to 1.10.

Now I am REALLY excited for v1.10 because it fixes an issue I have been dealing with for literally years.

• Fixed an issue whereby the headset will disconnect from the dongle after a system restart.

I have it as part of my ritual every time I reboot my pc to unplug the dongle, and plug it back in when back into windows.

But besides the point, I want to try and do firmware updates to 1.07, 1.08, 1.09 and see if it fails all of them or stops at a certain revision.

Are these older firmwares available anywhere?

During the firmware update process, I am told to unplug and re-plug the receiver. Then it just times out and gives this error, every time. I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, ran the razer driver cleaner support provided me, made sure everything is fully updated on my PC. Just cannot get this firmware to upgrade.

The headset (HyperX Cloud III) doesnt have an easily accessible mute button that makes it clear its on mute. So I made a bind using Razer synapse on the M6 Macro button to mute up. but theres still no visual indicator for when im on mute. so im thinking of having a simultaneous bind on the same button that changes the lighting on the keyboard, where the only change is that the M6 button changes colors when on mute, and back when im unmuted.

Anyone got any guidance on how to do this? I cant seem to figure out how to make preset usings chroma studio, or even how to save a preset... Havent even gotten to the part where I make the bind do both muting and changing the preset. and i dont know how to do it either. Anyone got any guidance, a step by step guide would be really helpful!

So I often skim through this subreddit and see a LOT of negativity toward the quality of Razer products and especially customer service.

For starters, I just wanted to mention my experience with their products. The first Razer products I ever purchased was back in 2014. I had a whole setup of Razer gear: mouse, keyboard, mouse pad, microphone (when the first edition of the Razer Seiren came out) and Kraken 7.1.

Since then I’ve had many new iterations of a lot of the peripherals and I should note that never did I replace them cause of them not working anymore. I merely just enjoy upgrading my gear to a lot of the newest stuff. As it stands, the current gear I have now is about a year old or atleast about to be a year old, with the exception of my most recent Razer Naga pickup (finally went wireless)

The only thing I’ve ever replaced due to poor quality has been my Razer Blade 14. I replaced it with a 2016 or 2017 model and that one shortly died as well due to the battery. I learned to never get Razer laptops after this.

But peripherals? Have yet to have any issues. I gave my original Blackwidow from 2014 to just father and he still uses it today and not a single thing about it is wrong. Works as good as the day I bought it.

Now I move on to my first and only experience with their customer service which literally just happened now in the month of May.

I ordered Razer Iskur v2. I made a thread about it here that FedEx was taking forever to deliver it. A Razer customer service rep reached out to me here on Reddit, and from that point on, I was exchanging emails back back with Razer about the situation.

FedEx lost the chair. But about a week and a half after all this mess, I immediately got my refund from Razer without any issues.

I hear horror stories on here about them and then j gave a relatively painless (albeit still annoying and inconvenient) situation where my refund was delivered pretty much immediately.

I can do nothing but commend their customer service and I continue to use their peripherals without any failure rate all these years.

I am the anomaly and I am cool with it 😎

I have had my B16 laptop (2023) for over a year , where over the past 6 months I have noticed performance issues. Cleaning the dust within the laptop didn't help, nor did doing a factory reset.

Thermal paste from Razer does not last very long, when repasting, the paste had dried out. Razer mentioned that their paste can last 3 years.

Laptop is performing much better now, it is a lot quieter and quicker.

PTM7590 outperforms stock.

I wish Razer just applied a high quality paste to begin with. Makes a massive difference.

UPDATE

Played Cyberpunk on ultra settings and it is very smooth. Averaging 78 FPS.

Previously was stuttering a lot.

i havent used a computer for 1 year and (before that) there was no such problem. but recently i accessed my computer and when i installed the drivers i noticed that there was no sound coming from my headphones.

if i disable this setting everything goes to normal and i can hear the sound but the equalizer in the software and others dont work.

So how can i fix that? i tried everything and its still same

Any tips, tricks, or suggestions on how to dampen the sound at all? The clicky sound is just too much for me over long periods of typing. If there is no way to reduce the sound is there any way I can purchase new switches that are quieter?

It seems like some sort of interference. When I'm using the headset plugged in whilst it's charging I get a constant humming sound in the left ear. Is there any way to stop this?

Hello, I used to have Corsair VOIDs but recently upgraded to Razer Blacksharks v2 pro, and I don't know if it's the THX surround sound system or if it's the EQ but I can't find the sweet spot.

I used custom EQ settings with Auto-audio repositioning and surround sound for the Corsair headset and it was great. I tried using the same ratios for the Razer headset but it doesn't work out.

I am starting to think it might be the THX surround sound but I am not sure, because no matter how I change the EQ settings, the sound in-game feels like an echo chamber. It feels as if it's coming from very general directions, the audio positioning for front and back is a hard tell, and certain sounds (footsteps at some distance) are very muted or being turned down in comparison to other sounds (gunfire).

Do you think this is the THX surround at work? Don't get me wrong, it gives phenomenal audio for movies and music, but for Valorant, it just isn't it. Anyone who was able to get around it with a custom EQ profile, or with some other surround sound (is Dolby Atmos compatible with this headset?)

I know how to change the keybinds of it, its been on 3 and 4 for years, Why has it changed to a 9 and a = and I cant change it. Ive remapped it and its set to key recording 3 and 4 but it didnt it fix it. This thing is about to go out a window.

Is there a way to use the mic without the usb adapter? In my mind it makes sense due to the mic is connected to the headset please help!
