You don’t HAVE to, but if you really, really do, why not get your partner to help? After all, you’re kinda doing them a favor here, or at least wiping out part of your identity (at least nominally, which is still big) for them.

Ah thanks for responding! Nice, good for you. :)

How are your monthly payments that low? Did you put down an extremely large down payment, or snag an unbelievable interest rate?

You can ask for the hash browns to be put INSIDE. Life-changing.

NOOOOOOOOO and theirs used to be $5, then it went up in price, but was still less than $6. Noooooooo 😭😭😭

Ooh, like the ones that have RF / red light / other functions? I recently placed a big order from Amazon Japan and noticed they had a lot of skincare devices for sale. If you’re in the US — yen is relatively weak compared to the dollar right now, so even with shipping you can come out a bit ahead. International shipping fees are reasonable depending on the seller (buying a lot of items sold by Amazon instead of different individual storefronts saved me a lot on shipping). Also, they use the same voltage as the US! Hope that helps.

They described their own second album as “gelato rock”, because the synth bits sound a little like an ice cream truck.

My mental radio station tends to have a weekly jam, yes.

Not disagreeing with you, just chiming in with a tangential: I think it also helps that Okinawans typically enjoy a more slower-paced way of life that values community and being in nature. Living on an island paradise probably helps!

Interesting. I’ve got medium-toned skin (23-25 in most Korean foundations) and don’t get white cast from it, and I apply pretty generously.

Agree though, the smell is SO strong and off-putting. To me it’s like an intensely alcoholic, aggressive fake floral. Trying to get through it as quickly as possible. It irritated my skin a bit at first.

Mid-30s. “Unpacking” is probably my recent fave for this. It was really relatable, and fun to watch another person’s life unfold.

Your story is so inspiring. I’ve told myself something similar—“oh, it’s a young person’s game”, or “they just burn you out”.

It’s amazing you had the courage to just go for it! Were you long into your non-video game career when you decided to just go for it and pursue your dreams? What are some good programs? I remember back in the day there was only Digipen and I didn’t want to do 3d modeling, but was also unsure about game programming.

Which programs are actually respected in the industry? Guessing you enjoyed yours — where did you go? Sorry for all the questions, lol, just really excited after reading!

+1 to CosRx Blackhead Power Liquid. So much cheaper than Paula’s Choice, too.

Curious about VT reeder shot — do you use it for the cica / calming properties or “well-aging” or both? I remember when they used to sell a micro needle-infused serum at Sephora and this piqued my interest.

Any recs for a cosmetically elegant formula that is light on oils? My pores clog easily, and I dislike Japanese sun screen milks because I find the alcohol too drying.

Thanks so much for sharing this list. So helpful; I really needed this!

Sounds like someone is jealous… Good on you for continuing to pursue your joy!

Shu eyebrow pencil in Seal Brown is the perfect balance of brown and gray for me. Neutral-warm, but not too red. It’s amazing.

I agree with others that blonde is more flattering on her. Does anyone else think she looks like (a not-voluptuous) Christina Hendricks with the red?
