My arcades list is below. I wrote a quick primer as well if you want to give it a read. The main goal here is to play walls with low cmc and lean heavily into the blink sub theme. Low cmc walls allows you to play multiple per turn and draw more cards. Blink theme helps protect arcades and your board.

Mangara is one of my favorite commanders and is the leader of my mono white good stuff deck. The card draw is so consistent and feels amazing in mono white. For some reason, no one ever uses removal on him either. He just hits the board and draws me cards. Lifelink blocker isn't bad either.
