Because we have strange laws regarding liquor in strip clubs. I'm honestly not sure but there's something about not being able to have titties and booze. Again I could be wrong, but I'm under the impression any club that has exposed tits and liquor is actually illegal. You can only have one or the other. So most strip clubs are 18+ and no booze. Weird local laws. It's a quick flight to Vegas though for your friend.
