The first shit was hard for me too, watch a couple of videos then think 1, 2, 3 and do it. Otherwise, if you're like me, you'll dither about and drag it out. 1, 2, 3 jab. It really was a non event.

Darn I guess I need to rethink my career choices!

Sadly not true, mens shoes are much wider. I wear a medium/standard women's 10 which is a men's 8.5 and mens shoes are always too loose/wide.

We recently used Eric at Anderson's Tattoo, he's a very good artist and came up with a great vision of my wife's very basic idea. He's right on the main drag across from the plaza. Rolling still distillery is right there too. For a winery, I recommend Vivac. There's a few about 30 minutes south of Taos but that one is by far the best.

I'm glad that works for you! I'm skepty that will ever work for me though.

I don't bring it up except with my family and close friends but I don't lie about it either. I also have a don't fuck with me personality so people aren't too likely to try to convince me too hard either. However, I started this because I saw it working for someone else so I know it helps others to see someone else's success.

I do get light headed but electrolytes help. I also try to get a lot of protein. What rate are you losing at? I'm pretty happy with anything at or over 4 pounds a month. I'm in it for the long haul but I had lost weight from my high of 249 and was at 213 when I started this so my goal was only about 40 more pounds.

I shoot for 1400 - 1500. I'm 5'10 and exercise about 4 times a week with light cardio and weights. I'm losing about 6 pounds a month which is perfect for me

Wow are you losing weight on that, do you exercise a lot?

Ugh, that sucks, it takes a few weeks just to get an appointment with my PCP.

Question, I'm switching to compound myself. Do you have to have a specific dose in the prescription and then whenever you want to go up, have to get a new prescription?

I'm saying it makes a big difference, my legs are up against the seat in front of me and her's are not even close.

BS, I have a 34 inch inseam and my wife has 30. 4 inches is significant, my knees are pressed against the seat in front of me in standard economy.

I started at 213 and I've lost 11 pounds 7 weeks in. It's not super fast but I'm happy with it. For context, I'm F 5' 10" and my current GW is 173. I exercise about 4 times a week with cardio and lifting. I also only want to lose total about 40 pounds. I had been up to 242 and lost about 30 pounds on my own (yet again) but was really struggling to keep that off let alone lose any more. GL to you!

Congratulations!!! I'm so close, Monday I was 202.1 so I'm getting excited. My SW was "only" 242 though so I'm very happy for you, you must feel amazing!

Surprising! Particularly if they have bags or it's high traffic, that seems rude on your part. That does not mean she was not also rude but still.

I wouldn't have said anything as the rider, but you would lose a star for not pulling into the driveway or at least in that side of the street.
