Your catch position does indeed look off. How do you sit in a bottom of a deep overhead squat? It looks like you are holding the weight directly above your head, which is a very weak position for your body.

Watch this video and try what he explains.

I am also not Iranian but I came straight to this sub and I’m laughing my ass off here.

Lmao, this is exactly why I came to this sub.

Get some big rusty pliers and yank that shit out!

I was just going to comment this. Looks like it to me. I think I might have had it as well but it went away by itself when I took good care of my feet.

That is not a law. That is a property of laws.

What’s unsafe about having bent elbows with a heavy weight above your head? Well, this.

It might be good to lose that habit before something crashes onto your neck. In a competition this would be a “no lift” anyway.

But you’re way more experienced than I am, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

How so? Should we not look out for our safety?

A capital letter for variables? What is this heresy? Capital letters are for primitives and matrices!

I haven’t learned any rules concerning how to write variables. But because we don’t use the x for multiplication, it doesn’t really matter how you write the variable x.

Awesome work! Congrats!

However, that right arm was veeeeery sketchy. I would have bailed if I were you.

I think you just caught it too much forward in your hands. I guess that your shoulders were a bit behind the bar.

Dat met de rode kaft is sowieso grammaticaal onjuist.

Waar baseer je dat op? Ik zou zeggen dat dit puur grammaticaal gezien de correcte vorm zou zijn.

I am definitely okay. I didn’t even know him. The family though, they are still devastated. They pretend to be okay but they aren’t really. They are moving on though, as one does.

Dutch doesn’t have this strict adverbial order that English has. You can place them however you like. Whatever you place first will likely have more emphasis.
