I’ve seen a bunch of posts like this, but for some reasons they aren’t any actual solutions and are pretty old. Any way to speed it up? It was fast yesterday, but I opened it today and it takes 30 seconds to register my click.

It seems to me that the main thing she’s missing is other people, social interactions and all that. Since she feels great while she’s hostel, and is lonely when she out backpacking.

On the Coleman website, their 4 person sundome is $100, but give you a $30 dollar discount so it’s only 7 dollars more expensive than the 2 person. Yippee
Yep i saw the way people sleep in them. I heard people say it’d be stuffy with gear, but that seems a bit smaller than advertised. I’ll definitely be getting a larger size.
Unfortunately they don’t have any locations near me. Everyone is hyping them up so much I was looking forward to it almost as much as I was the trip, but from what I can tell, they aren’t even in Canada. I’ll be sure to go to some local hiking gear stores and such and see if I could arrange something similar.
Planning on camping on flat prairie land near Winnipeg, Manitoba in mid July. (Similar to Southwest Ontario) Highs are 27°C (80°F) and lows are 16°C (61°F). Wind speed is usually not strong from my memories but I’m not sure. 2 people on a 2 day one night trip. I will be using it for just myself afterwards which makes me a little more hesitant about getting a 3 person tent (cost and weight mostly).

I asked for tents on the cheaper side, but this seems like too good to be true.
Edit(since I can’t edit the post): am planning on going with another person (two in total but will probably use it for myself otherwise. Is a 2 person tent enough?
I need to get some more shoes actually, grew out all except two pairs. I’ll try out the alltrails app as well!
