Yeah buddy! Picked up the same one a couple months back! It is fantastic! First active pickup guitar I have owned though. Went through a couple batteries because I forget to unplug it.

Yeah, it transformed this guitar. The aerodyne pickup lacked clarify, especially strumming away on power chords. Sounds better than the stock humbucker on my Ultra as well. Think I'll be upgrading that soon too. I love Fender, but for the music I am looking to play the stock pickups just aren't getting it done. I bought a ESP LTD SN-1000 recently that has Fishman pickups in it, and that is pretty awesome too, and pretty much is a Strat.

Wasn't a fan of sand blasted finishes, but LTD versions just hit different! Awesome guitar, for sure!

Yeah, it's pretty great! Won't go wrong if you grab one!

I'm not going to be an expert here. I historically played more punk music and not a lot of crazy leads or solo's that took me down to the 17th-22 frets. However, I'm working towards that now, but it'll probably be a bit before I'll have a verdict.

Just using a bathroom scale when I step on with it, it comes in just under 7lbs. It is super light, and I like light guitars!

Yeah, same. However, I decided it really wasn't that big of the deal for me, at least. I am already planning on getting a MH-1000 though. So that will fill the 24 fret quota!

So far so good. It's light, comfortable, easy to play and it didn't really need any setup out of the box. It has a 11.8"-15.7 fretboard radius, which is nice. I think it sounds pretty good running in my main setup. I've been able to dial in some good tones. This is my first active pickup guitar, so that's pretty cool as well.

One complaint was the fretboard seemed pretty dry. I did a cleaning with some lemon oil and it got it looking pretty good as pictured.

Yeah, my favorite shape is the Fender Strat. So, that is why a Charvel seemed like a no-brainer, but what was currently available to me didn't quite get what I wanted. This was close enough and looked awesome. So far, this guitar has been fantastic!

I was debating on getting a Fender Showmaster. Those things look sick, and are single cuts. They don't make them new, but you can find them used for a reasonable price.

Thanks, been having a blast with it so far!

If you want it bad enough you will get it 😉

Yeah, I'm glad it worked out. However, now I want more.

Yeah, I'll be fixated on them for a while for sure.
