I'm going to start by saying I know nothing about cars so I apologize for how poorly I am about to explain this.
I have a 2014 Subaru Forrester with 163K miles on it, automatic, no idea about engine size.
I turned my car on tonight and left it running for approximately 30 minutes while having a conversation with someone. All of the sudden it made an odd noise which I thought was because I had my wipers on and it was barely misting. Then I noticed the wipers we barely moving and the radio was completely white. I turned the car off, went to restart it and it would only click, the electronics stayed glowing white.
I was able to jump it and get it going again, everything went back to normal and all was fine for my drive home.
Any idea what happened and if it could become a regular problem?
It doesn't matter what color my boots start as, they are all mud brown after the first hike anyway.
