Highly would net recommend it, especially with all the new printers out for significantly less. The Troodon 2.0 looks like a good value pre assembled voron, though.

100% a necessary upgrade. This one has wireless android auto and carplay, hooks right up and starts automatically everytime

Thankfully i didnt pay full price for this printer lol. You can print this on a $400 creality k1. Also, not a standard part, I had to modify the original with a printed wall to make it work. But you're right on one thing, I wouldn't buy a $1k+ 3d printer to print a single part 😂

It's the original rubber insert to the center console, meant for CDs. It polishes off the bottom of the cubby, so I kept it.

I might be able to if you really want. Shoot me a message if you want.

The ~original~ parts look like stairs in a pool lol

Used a Vivedino Troodon, fully enclosed. The enclosure is necessary, but I think the big secret is Inland ABS filament and a textured bed sheet. Best and easiest to use ABS I've come across.

It'll stabilize after your first full year of ownership tax bill gets sent to the mortgage company, and another analysis gets done. After that, it'll only change based on insurance price changes or the annual 2% allowable property tax increase. That's what mine did.

If you want to be proactive, you can calculate what your monthly tax should be and make additional escrow payments every month. This will ensure you don't end up with an account deficit and much larger payments to make up for it.

Same happened to me.its called an escrow analysis, and It's done yearly. The analysis is to make sure that you're putting enough money into your escrow account to cover taxes and insurance, which your escrow account pays for.

Your mortgage company calculated your escrow fund based off an estimated tax amount, that was your 4100 mortgage amount with P&I, +escrow payment. Then, a supplemental tax bill was sent to your mortgage company, this bill was the taxes you owed for the part of the year you owned the house, split from the previous owner. It was a much smaller bill than your actual owed taxes. With that bill, another analysis was conducted (yearly, remember?) And thinking your tax bill would continue to be the smaller amount, your mortgage company adjusted your escrow portion of the mortgage to match, giving you your 3600 payment.

With the lower payment, you weren't funding your escrow payment properly, so now there's not enough to cover this year's tax bill, which is the correct amount of tax. This new correct tax bill goes through another analysis, and now you're at 4200 again.

Thank you. Avoid those ebay CCs IMO, they are complete rip offs. Junkyards will sell you one for way less, and can be made new again for the cost of some paint stripper and SEM interior spray paint.

The center console itself is a bolt in part, but you'll need the additional plastic bracket that bolts to the dash as well, so try and make sure whatever CC you get has that. It's the one that the CC secures to with 2 10mm(?) silver bolts.

You'll also need to either get the matching dash knee trim on the driver side and glove box trim on the passenger side, or cut your existing trim to fit, because the CC is slightly larger than the cup holder that's there now. Can definitely be done on the cheap.

Aside from that, you'll also have to run your own power lines to the 12v ports, and unless you already had a CC with ducting, you'll be missing the under dash connection for it, so I wouldn't bother.

Let me know if you got other ?'s

I have the same color on my truck that's about the same year as yours. Took my moulding off, polished the areas, and I can't tell the difference. I think darker colors are more affected by this phenomenon.

Run a PID on the heater with the bed fan on. That's how I got past my issues with the fans not allowing the heater to catch back up

You're paying for the TORQUE-SENSE precision, not for one-key. This one's meant for high-precision torque requirements.

I would be too, but that's a fake fire in there.

I don't know why it took someone posting the same instructions that I've read over and over again for me to finally get it, but it did. Thank you kindly.

[Landlord - US - SC] Abandoned Classic Car on PropertyLandlord

Columbia, SC. I just had a tenant get evicted after a few months of late and short rent. The property was pretty trashed and will cost 5-10k in repairs to make it rent ready again. Amongst the trash that was left behind, they also left an early 70s mercedes abandoned on the property. I'm a classic car enthusiast, and am thinking of applying for an abandoned vehicle title, to try and lessen the loss that I've sustained.

I'll be discussing this with my PMs counsel soon, but has anyone else dealt with this?

Oh yeah, I love it. Being organized with all my parts and filaments has made everything much easier.

You bought the property by over leveraging yourself and without adequate cash flow from existing tenants to support your debt, and now you want to make it the tenants problem. This was your choice, and you should deal with it without screwing over tenants who are paying you every month.

What hotend setup is that? I don't believe I've seen that setup before.

It 100% is, with some interesting design choices that make it worse. I've been trying to turn it into a voron since I got it.
