I'm having a real issue with my hair and I know it's due to washing every day.

My hair is processed and it's easier to find a dry shampoo that works so that's not the reason I'm here.

I work out about 5x a week. If I'm not washing my hair but working out, am I supposed to rinse my hair with water but just not wash it after I work out? Or, do I just let it dry (the sweat) and use the dry shampoo on it to 'clean' it?

My head sweats a lot if that makes a difference.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm struggling.

Secondary question, for powder dry shampoos instead of aerosol ones, do you just sprinkle it on the roots, then section the hair and repeat, then brush through?

I'm thankful for any direction folks may have.

Hair combo: Fine, thin/sparce, oily, bleached, color treated.
