It's week 6 of 2024 and a new week of snarking on our "favorite" healthy living and running influencers. What's in store for this week? Let's discuss!
Healthy Living and Running Influencers, Feb 5 - 11
Fitness & Wellness InfluencersNews reports are saying Kelvin Kiptum passed away in a car accident. I’m in shock and send thoughts to his family, teammates, and country. He was supposed to run the Rotterdam marathon for his sub 2 hour marathon attempt.
I legitimately gasped when I saw the headline. So tragic
This is just devastating. I can't even wrap my brain around it. Watched him run in Chicago and had tears at the finish...this is just horrible. :(
I was legit just thinking today about when I was watching him run that incredible 2023 Chicago marathon and breaking the record. I was wondering if he would be taking gold in the Olympics and break the 2 hour barrier. This is so sad. What a tragedy, what a terrible reminder that tomorrow is never guaranteed
This is awful.
Holy shit :( awful news.
His world record was just officially ratified a few days ago. Such a tragedy.
Absolutely horrific. He was so young.
This is so absolutely horrific.
I’m so heartbroken. He was such a talent and he was SO young. His poor family.
Oh god no… He was so young. Heartbreaking
That's awful. :(
i'm sick at hearing this news. i was praying it wasn't true...
it's like Sammy Wanjiru all over again...both 24 too! far too young :(
such a horrible loss for his family, country and the sport.
I also thought of Sammy Wanjiru. Devastating!
Oh my goodness, what awful news for his family, friends, and the sport.
I can't even believe it. I am actually shocked. What a terrible loss. So sorry for his family
raceacrossthestates posting that she “let” her husband set the pace for the 5k sums up what we’ve all observed about their relationship from afar.
Woof. That woman needs therapy on multiple levels.
I secretly (not secretly at all) want him to get faster than her to see how the dynamic changes 😂
I would love this??!
Oh my goodness. Imagine the ego death of Ms. “Faster than the men” if her own husband beats her in a race.
I’m sure there will be passive aggressive shade thrown like this post, “letting” him set the pace. SMH. What a gross thing to say about your spouse on a public space.
I also didn’t think he was at all fast. His time however was!
He’s AIM trained 😂😂
In that case he should be upping his mileage a lot! #neverstopmoving
finally gave raceacrossthestates the unfollow/block, best thing I’ve done so far this year! 10/10 recommend.
I need to do the same with TCB. It annoys the heck out of me seeing her daily posts with comments by her husband like he has no connection to her whatsoever. So manipulative.
1000% so obviously unauthentic opportunists. Gross.
Was it the ice bath video that did it for ya?
YEAH WTF! Running back and forth from an ice bath to a sauna offering medicinal benefits of both while she desperately needs to do some work on her own mental health.
Ah this is an Andrew Huberman protocol. For those not in the know, Andrew Huberman is a professor at Stanford (appeal to authority) and has no qualifications for health, fitness, nutrition, etc. Often, he is corrected on his views/opinions by his podcast guests.
If you want one episode to encapsulate why he is nothing but "bro-science" then listen to his episode about female hormone health, fertility and vitality.
TBH there can be value to doing alternating hot & cold therapy — I did it for specific injuries (ie sprained ankle) as a college athlete because the alternating can help to manipulate blood flow and get rid of fluid. BUT that was for very specific injury use cases under the close supervision of a certified athletic trainer…not a random “medical spa” in town 😅
YES!! I also unfollowed her and it felt SOOOO good! My daily eye rolling has significantly decreased!
So proud. 🙃
My god BITR crew ripping on Miley Cyrus and Taylor … I turned that off real quick !
I had to unfollow and unsubscribe. I thought Meg was a big TS fan?
No snark but I really enjoyed cities mag interview of Fiona okeefe!
Same! But if I were her, I would have kept that bloody bib instead of giving it to puma!
The bib belongs in the Smithsonian.
I really like Citius, I think Chris does a great job!
She has got to be the most chill pro out there my lord
I saw her coach Alistair say that she is the most soft-spoken leader and someone who is not thirsty for attention, but doing things that command attention. I love that. Such a contrast to the influencers.
almost like she's...letting her racing do the talking!
you're right, definitely influencers (and maybe even a select pro or 2 🙊) could take note.
Haha, would LOVE to know who you’re thinking, since I have some minor thoughts on this front but always feel like I may be the only one with such thoughts. Obv no need to disclose!
maybe a certain steeplechaser-turned-triathlete 😉
Haha, not the direction I was going!
now i wanna know who you were thinking of, maybe they are on my shortlist too
Haha, just someone who runs a lot. I think it would be a wildly unpopular opinion to say out loud. Certainly this person has done nothing wrong, I just don’t vibe with them for whatever reason even though I follow and am a big fan of so many professional runners. :)
I have one too haha. I won't say rn but she is a favorite of influencers and podcasters because of her awesome personality.
But I love seeing someone more introverted doing well. Reminds me of people on my cross country team, like pre influencer and running celebs days.
I wonder if we’re all thinking of the same person….😬
I didn't listen to Ali's (you all listen to AOTR so I don't have to!) but I felt Chris' energy matched Fiona's well.
amusing note-the transcript on Spotify says "City of Smack" instead of "Citius Mag" 😂
Spot on. I felt like Ali and Fiona’s personalities didn’t match up well. I listened morning of the trials and I remember thinking “okkkkkkkkk”. But I really enjoyed Chris’s interview. It was way less cognitively dissonant.
Much better than AOTRs
Sooo much better! I don’t know if she was nervous or uncomfortable with Ali but it just flowed so much better with Chris.
Ali seemed to be overpowering the convo and forcing fiona to uncomfortably laugh many times
In other words, trampling that convo like a Zebra across an African plain...wait, wrong influencer ;)
Neely Gracey ran the Olympic marathon trials last weekend. Today she ran the Mesa marathon and won the race. I’m impressed and kind of 🤯.
Insane turnaround…but also, she did pretty mediocre for a pro at the OT and then raced against a field with zero OT qualifiers so pretty much anyone who could match her was out of the picture. My first thought was, of course she won…no one else elite was there.
(Plus Mesa is a >1000ft net loss…hardly a Revel race but it way exceeds the standards for international competition so running 1-2 mins faster on that specific course, a week after running a time that wouldn’t have been a trials qualifier in Orlando, with no competition…just isn’t super impressive to me, personally)
She’s also Lauren Floris’ coach. Which is sort of hmmm because Lauren has returned to running/marathon training very very early which each pregnancy, ended up having to stop racing this year due to a hernia (refusing to slow down when she was posting about being in pain). I always wonder about her role as a coach in those decisions.
She is such a quiet professional runner. Her accomplishments are incredible and I feel like not many people even realize she exists.
I feel like she made much more noise in the previous quad...or actually moreso the 2013-2016 quad. those who were following the sport back then definitely knew of her (I remember when she made her marathon debut in Boston, she definitely stuck her nose in it and wasn't afraid to try and lead!
Insane turnaround
eclor cut her run short by a mile because her legs were tired from the "hills". 472 feet elevation gain in 15 miles??? Where are the hills? She must live in a flat area if that is hilly.
I did 3x that over 16 miles today, I think I'm less than 2 hrs north of her. I know people in her general area, she definitely could find more hills easily, maybe even a short drive.
I did 12 with 600ft, so similar gain per mile and I would not call my run hilly, lol.
But I also live in the smoky mountains, so I have to seek out flatter routes like I did today. I would have most definitely considered anything over 50ft of gain hilly when I lived in OH… cuz it was so incredibly flat there
I recently moved from a moderately hilly area to a pancake area and I’m so embarrassed by my hill fitness now🥲
I just ran that in a ten mile run today and definitely felt like it was hilly 🤷♀️ the difference is that I felt fine because I run my easy pace at a true easy pace
I bet the difference is eclor tries to maintain the same pace when running up hills - so of course any hill is HARD. And her easy pace does look pretty fast.
Power on hills helps keep the effort the same
Ok genuine question, no snark. I live in a very flat area (chicago) but did my ten miler this weekend in a park that was, IMO, really hilly. Strava said almost 700 feet elevation gain. Is that not hilly?
I live in a somewhat hilly area and I would consider 700 feet in 10 miles hilly.
Your run was WAY hillier than hers.
That makes me feel a bit better. I am just getting back into longer run shape and man this hills kicked my ass lol
Yes at 70ft a mile that’s definitely got good elevation. Hers was like 450 over 15 miles so 30ft a mile. That to a flat lander might seem hillier but nothing to explain you dropped a mile off the run because of “hills”.
And the “easy” run that is 50” per mile off her marathon PR pace definitely isn’t easy 🤣
but lest we forget that marathon PR is "soft"
She is also, um, training for Boston. But sure, avoid the "hills"! Can we also talk about the evening gown she wore for her most recent piano performance?
Oh gosh. I was so surprised no one else had posted about that dress!
Someone flat out asked AOTR THE question. It’s been up for 19 hours which is kinda wild.
I know people are forever going to speculate, but nature of the comment really irked me. “So many people have supported you…” like that entitles you to an explanation? Again, speculate all you want, but friendly reminder: any divorce attorney with an ounce of common sense will advise their clients (especially ones with any kind of platform) to keep their damn mouths shut during the divorce proceedings.
It's still there!
I may get downvoted into oblivion for this, but I don’t think public figures owe us anything explaining their relationship status. There are plenty of reasons to not address it publicly. I just try to put myself in their shoes if I had hundreds of strangers on the internet asking me on a daily basis and how that would feel.
Look, I’m not a AOTR fan (I find her entire personality grating), but I actually find it odd how many people think she owes anyone an explanation, even if she did make her relationship public in the past.
I don’t think she owes anyone an explanation, but I feel the way I do with anyone I know (200 followers or whatever) who posts for years about their partner and relationship and an anniversary photo each year with recurring wedding pics etc…and then all of a sudden they’re posting with a different partner. I’m like…wait…wait…and I’m naturally curious about what happened after SO MUCH content! She doesn’t owe anyone anything, but she put so much out there in the first place and posting and blogging about her family helped build up her personal brand. I don’t fault her and I don’t fault anyone for being curious.
Very well put
I don’t think she owes anyone an explanation. In fact I really don’t like the wording of the person’s comment because it seems to suggest that. However something seems to be going on (NOT SPECULATING) and it’s feels fairly obvious to the point where it just feels awkward now. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and her husband simultaneously fell off the face of the earth. Truly, I want her to drag him. I always felt like she could do better and he was a schmuck. Like just get it out there so we can all tell her he ain’t shit.
A schmuck is such a good word for his vibes. I always got the impression he loved mentoring her and loved being more successful than her. There were a few episodes he was kinda career counseling her. I feel like he probably doesn’t know how to deal with her success and his company down the drain
If I were a betting person, this would be the theory I’d put money behind (but not speculating!)
This exactly. I could never stand BOLD.
I honestly don’t think people care at this point or want a statement, it’s just an elephant in the room and she’s pretending like it just isn’t there. Which just makes people naturally talk more about it than anyone would if she just said, yep you’re right. Not saying it’s right or wrong-to me it just is human nature when someone is like i will tell you all my poop stories! And my health stories! And my meet cute! I am an open book! I want to tell everyone else’s stories! But I WILL NOT talk about that.
ETA: Not to mention the dancing around it posts like the most recent “you’re not on your own kid”. It’s constant attention-seeking, but she’s like nope, not that kind of attention.
Yes. And she’ll post a thousand pictures of her kid and talk all about HER even though she is a minor and can’t technically consent to being plastered all over her moms social media. It just feels weird.
I def see that. I was going to add that the vague-posting makes it fair game, I suppose. I don’t follow her anymore so haven’t seen a lot of that. But if someone is inviting speculation, then I totally understand that point of view.
Exactly this.
I agree with you. But the silence just doesn't seem to fit her personality/online persona. That's why I find it odd.
I don't think anyone is looking for an in depth explanation. At this point, a simple yes or no would shut us up.
At this point I just want so much better for her when it comes to a romantic partner
Just noticed she isn’t following him anymore either….
Well he blocked all her followers. Which I find VERY odd
I thought he was only blocking her followers that watched his stories? Still very odd but I follow her and haven’t watched his stories so I can see his profile still.
I’ve never looked at his instagram, but tried to look about a month ago and can’t even find him??? Seems caddy to me
On a comment? Confused
I wonder at this point what she would even say. Like she knows she’s not an actual celebrity so wouldn’t do the “mutual decision please respect our privacy” and also wouldn’t tell the whole world what went wrong in her marriage. Seems simple enough to say “you’re all speculating yes we’re separated/divorcing and that is where I’m leaving it out of respect to other parties and the marriage. If that’s what’s indeed happening. Allegedly.
Seems pretty par for the course on this issue tbh
BOLD!! 🤣 pun intended
What if it WAS bold?!?! 🤯
“Just aggressively eyeing the future to devise a strategy for additional spaces to speak into my unplugged microphone, hmu if this one is no longer an option. It’s what winners do.”
WOW taking one for the team!
maybe I'm being unreasonably petty here, but was Matt Wilpers really given a Boston spot? it doesn't look like he's running for charity at all (like Ben and Leanne, and now Kristin are doing for London) and as far as I know, I don't think he has a qualifier for this race (he ran NYC in 2022, but not in a BQ time) is he associated with one of the sponsors somehow?
no snark on charity runners at all but damn, wish they'd curb the "invitational" entries a little bit while the cutoff is still crazy high...
I expressed an opinion like this on threads… then Kofuzi accused me of hating charity runners (?) and blocked me. It might be my finest moment.
I'm so sick of running influencers getting Boston bibs (looking at you BITR). If you aren't running for charity and you didn't qualify you shouldn't get a bib.
(I understand the sponsors/ towns have a few bibs to give out, too)
boston gives out all sorts of nepo spots.
Not petty - it’s ridiculous that they’re inviting influencers when Boston is already a historic race with clout in its own name. I got salty AF when one year, they invited Amanda Cruise in, when I had a faster PR than her and I had missed the qualifying window by like a week or so for that year. If they’re going to throw the rules down on people, they need to apply it to everybody. As mentioned earlier, charity runners and special interest stories like war veterans, people with some sort of handicap etc should be the exception.
wait, how did she not legitimately qualify? she's run way under the BQ time several times and it looks like based on her race history she has run the times within the proper windows.
It’s Run2PR they are talking about, right? She definitely would have qualified because she ran in the OTs (in 2021, I believe?) and I can’t recall a time she didn’t run well under a BQ time in the years before/after that race 🤷🏻♀️
she only has results for 2016 and 2017 (and both way under BQ times), it looks like she was registered in 2019 and DNS/DNFed but her CIM time was in 2017, right? that would have been valid for registration. And I can't remember if she registered in 2018 and not run but her Boston time in 2017 would have been valid for that one.
something's not adding up.
I know she had the time by a lot, it was outside the qualifying window. Anyways, she didn’t end up running Boston after all that.
She qualified. She ran a bq as a training run with a friend before dropping out at mile 3 of the Olympic trials. How dumb 🤣 I’m sure that was when covid messed up qualifying timeline’s etc.
She had the time at CIM when she qualified for the OTQ but it was after the cutoff window for the following Boston.
but she ran Boston 2017 way under the BQ, did she not? that would have been valid for 2018.
I didn’t realize that, I stand corrected. Anyways, I’m just a salty wench when it comes to the runfluencer game, hence why I’m here.
if there is anything to snark on about her, it's her OTQ (no course-cutting, but didn't she get assistance from her husband or something like that)? but her BQs were, as far as I know, legit.
She did get bottles handed to her along the course at CIM which is a huge no no. That’s the reason why Ethan Hermann got DQ’d in his race when he ran the OTQ.
Yup, he biked alongside her the whole way. She def seemed like the type willing to pay extra for advantages. Does she exist any more?
This seems like the entitled behavior she always struck me as having, but if you pointed that out to her you’d have been blocked.
The Ethan Hermann situation was exactly what I was thinking about when I remembered that Amanda got assistance at CIM. how did she even get away with it, I do vaguely remember it getting called out.
I thought I was being petty in my annoyance with this too. Honestly the least these celebs could do would be to fundraise and go through a charity program. None of them would have an issue raising the funds with their social followings! Especially for Boston while the cutoff and barriers to entry are SO high, I really don’t get the celeb bibs. It’s not like Boston needs publicity.
They turned away SO MANY qualifiers for 2024!
This. And if expanding the field size isn’t something they’re willing to do because of the race history and prestige they need to stop offering bibs to people who didn’t earn it either through qualifying or charity (plus the special circumstances someone raised above like war veterans etc.)
They can’t expand because of town capacities.
Is it some kind of promotional tie with Peloton? Or maybe he’ll announce a charity he’s raising money for soon? It is perplexing.
now that you mention it, I wouldn't be surprised if Peloton announces some kind of "partnership" with Boston like they had for NYC...
I selfishly want it to mean lengthier peloton running classes and for there to be a reason why he was given a bib when so many runners didn’t get in.
Yes! 90 and 120 minute endurance runs pleeeease!
I'm hoping Susie will give us some after she recovers a bit more from Badwater.
Yessss we need more long classes like that!!
And more advanced interval classes not with Becs. Sorry but she isn’t my jam.
I used to be able to look past her horrible playlists because she is a great coach and knows her shit. I can’t take her much any more though. Her music has gotten worse and she complains A LOT now, and I am not coming to listen to someone complain when I’m running.
I just took her Coldplay run from 2019. Wow I miss the old Becs.
I took her NYC Marathon Simulation run again recently and it’s so good. I miss that era of Becs
Tallulah’s mom is now using her Peloton platform to complain about her house contractors, and reposting IG stories from people who took the class and tag “eff Tony”. I do NOT want that shit anywhere near my training
That’s ridiculous
Yeah…. Becs gives me Regina George vibes. Not here for it.
Agree
Yeah I was literally just thinking this as BITR is unboxing their Boston jackets. I know Meaghan obviously has the qualifier, but pretty sure Thomas and Robbie don’t. I genuinely enjoy The Drop (I know it gets some snark here, but I like it a lot), but the gifted bibs (especially for Boston) is really irksome, especially considering everything going on with the qualifying times and buffer drama. Save the Boston bibs to those who earn it (qualifier and charity)
They definitely don't. Thomas ran NYCM in 5+ hours.
It isn’t petty. The rise of celebrity runners is leaving a bad taste in my mouth too; I’d respect it so much more if he teamed up with Dana Farber or something.
yeah, we did discuss this in last week's thread! I did say MAYBE i could give a pass to some spots from the sponsors since the race wouldn't happen without them, but it doesn't seem to me like Matt has any sort of association with any of them?
and besides, he is actually good enough to get a time qualifier if he wanted to (especially since he's now 40 and gets extra time) what's stopping him from going for a BQ and getting into the race that way?
ETA-his NYCM 2019 time would have gotten him into 2021 AND 2022.
It makes me really angry because I think my Chicago BQ (with 3.5 min buffer) won’t be enough and then you have all these influencers getting in who genuinely didn’t earn it. No shade to Matt Wilpers because I like him, but it’s annoying as a normal person who worked really effing hard to BQ that I may get booted because the race reserves spots for random influencers and celebs.
I hope it will be for you for 2025!
It’s a gray area for me morally given the qualifying times and pedigree of Boston, but I also see the business side of it. The BAA and other race organizers rely heavily on sponsors to put on these events. I’m sure the sponsors get a certain number of bibs in their sponsorship package and those sponsors can give those bibs to whomever they want, including influencers and friends. It seems a lot of these influencers get bibs from sponsor brands, like adidas, peloton, Bank of America, even Abbott, not always the BAA directly. For some reason, that makes me feel a little bit better than it being a race that clearly doesn’t need more publicity inviting influencers? Haha…
the thing is, as far as we know Peloton is not one of Boston's sponsors. so we don't know what the connection is there (when we discussed it last week I did say I can maybe get behind sponsor bibs since the race can't happen without them)
Agree. They need to keep it tight and make Boston a true race for qualifiers only as well as legit charity runners raising real money .
he did run 2:54 five years ago, lifetime BQ? /s
(for real, I bet some would try and claim that. I remember when the whole RunGiaRun thing blew up a few years ago, her stans tried to defend her by saying that even though her BQ expired, it still gave her the right to run Boston whenever she wanted 🤦🏻♀️)
Ha, would be nice if it worked like that!
right? though I think it's big that they still allow the "aging up" loophole, they could have easily taken that away when the age of cutoffs started.
Sure this has been asked to death but im after a good, non-snarkable running podcast, preferably female lead. Getting back into my groove with training and looking for something informative but also relatable
A to Z running is good. It's a husband and wife led podcast of Zach and Andi Ripley. They are both smart and have interesting discussions on different topics in running. I don't think they have that many interviews though. The only thing snarkable is Zach referring to himself in the 3rd person. I like Andi better than Zach. Zach did just run in the Olympic trials though.
I also like The Passionate Runner podcast. the lady who has the Mother Runners page does this one. It's good and not all focused on running as a mom. Suite Run is good- Jerold and Natalie Mitchell interview runners on their running and at the end of each episode talk about travel and running where they live. and Des and Kara's podcast.
I second the recs for “Running Explained” and “Nobody Asked Us!” I also like Sally McRae’s podcast, “Choose Strong.”
“Some Work, All Play” has a lot of good training content. I used to listen a lot, but they do get a little rambly and during one episode shared some of the most disturbing news I’d heard all week - just kinda thrown in as a joke - and I never listened again because I didn’t want to take the chance of hearing something that would legitimately ruin my day when I’m just trying to learn about VO2 max training lmao.
I really like the marathon training academy, it’s a husband and wife couple but they’re very wholesome and they do interviews, briefly discuss major running news and also running tips and information
“The running effect”
Running Explained with Elisabeth Scott. I’ve learned so much from her and improved a lot as a result!
Nobody Asked Us with Des and Kara! I find it incredibly informative but they explain the more confusing parts of competitive running in an easily digestible way.
Caitlyn miller posting a flat lay for her half marathon with two gels?!?? Who is this girl??? I’m a little proud of her? (Don’t worry she still drives me crazy 😂)
Based on how she looks when she’s finishing a third gel could really help! In 90 min of running I take fuel every 25 min
Her finish line videos of her looking like she’s going to pass out any second drive me CRAZY 😂
I was surprised she posted that video, she looks like she needs medical attention asap!!! Like I thought she was going to pass out!
related, but seeking advice!! I’m running a half and shooting for sub 1:45 (and sub 1:40 if things really come together). any advice on how many gels to take? I took two during a (74 min) 10 miler and ate breakfast a couple hours before, but wondering if I can tweak further
I went from 1:50 to 1:36 last year and what I started doing was packing gummy bears and stuffing a few in my mouth every 30 mins. Gels are hard for me to swallow mid race, but this seems to work for me
I ran a low 1:43 and took a gel before the start. At mile 4ish and mile 9. I am a huge advocate for taking nutrition on runs though. My next goal is sub 1:40 and I think I’ll do the same gel situation.
I used featherstone nutrition calculator for all my fueling. Practice in training at race pace too!
I run 1:38-1:43 in the half and take gels at 3, 6, 9 and bring one for 11 in case I feel like I need it.
amazing, thank you!!
I wouldn’t take to gels for a good under 130. But I WOULD eat breakfast. One on the starting line for breakfast? That girl is not a role model for health.
Man tough crowd. Downvoted for not taking two gels for running less than 90 minutes of running. It’s not necessary. Not saying not to do it but basically I don’t trust that she’s taking both gels OR i feel like she’s substituting breakfast for a gel on the starting line/ not eating anything else. Either way She is not a good role model for health. Downvote away, but two gels for sub 90 minutes is a preference not essential, and Caitlin Miller can keep getting faster and pretending like she is healthy and a role model but she’s not.
Edit* two* for a *half
I run sub 130 and take two. I think it also depends on what products. I usually shoot for mile 5 and 9
Yeah i have no problem with someone taking 2, but it’s not essential and i just can’t stand this chick i don’t care if she has a perfect race day fueling strategy, she’s a horrible role model
I’m actually a little surprised by her time. I thought she’d be faster. Two gels or not, I still don’t feel like she eats enough.
I’d be shocked if she actually uses them both lol. She’s going for a pr so probably around 85 minutes?
According to her story last week she thinks someday she will get an OTQ….someone tell her that those girls eat
I feel bad as I feel like she’s the only person I kind of root against. Even other snarkable influencers I genuinely enjoy seeing succeed most of the time. She just gives me such bad vibes.
I feel the same way about her but honestly it’s just really hard to see people continue to succeed while at the same time promoting dangerous and unhealthy habits. It’ll catch up to her one day though, the body keeps score
And she would need to run roughly around 1:16 for a half marathon to have a chance at 2:37 in the full.
I am so off-put when influencers screen shot negative comments/DMs and put them up in their stories to complain about it/bash the person. These are grown people (some very highly educated), choosing to engage with negativity and then getting so upset about it. Just delete or ignore the comments and move on… or better yet, don’t even look at the comments. Its just not a good look IMO, makes them look very immature. Maybe I’m just getting old
I feel the same way. It’s a cry for validation from their followers to say “ignore that person you are wonderful!” Etc etc. Very cringe.
Does anyone know what Laura thweatt is alluding to in the recent relay episode re: her hard time while being coached w bosshard? (She appreciates him and also mentions she went through a really hard time then)
I didnt listen but she was engaged at the end of last year and then at some point in the spring wasn’t any more so that’s the really hard time she’s probably alluding to 😢
Run well Kelvin. What an absolute tragedy.
