Cookie consent plugin with Geo-location - Free?

I don't know of a free solution with geo-location but what if you go for the strictest? Wouldn't it be automatically fine for all the others?

Besides, as far as I know, I think you only need it for the target audience's country. Since it isn't needed for not directly targeted areas. It's just what I learned so far

We typically use Google Tag Manager and CookieYes, which allows different regions to fire different consent policies.

I’m a little late to the party, but Termly has a consent management platform that offers a consent banner with regional support settings: Global, US, California, and EU.  

You can try it out for free to see if it suits your needs. Regional support is for Pro+ users, but the plan is cheaper than many other options, and you get access to a ton more resources and compliance solutions (like a privacy policy generator). Good luck!

Our Privacy Consent does that automatically (i.e. notice banner + opt-out by default for GDPR and others; no banner + opt-in for other countries) but it's not free.

But you can use our Free Cookie Consent and just integrate your own geolocation functionality via JS to determine the user's location and decide if to show the notice banner or not and/or in what language:
