When I go fishing I leave my hat and vest in the truck until I'm actually fishing. Cause you look like a dork all geared up at subway
I mean, I don't give a shit if people think I'm a dork. I can name more star destroyer variants than i have fingers, they'd be absolutely right.
Can you . . . actually name more than 10 star destroyer variants?
Yah its not hard, Tector, venator, victory 1, victory 2, ISD 1, ISD 2, Interdictor, Executor, bellator, pellaeon, gladiator. There are more just cant think of em
NEEEEEEEERD
/s
Hehehehe star wars go BRRRRRRRRT
A better question is there more than 2? Because I thought it was just the regular ones and the super big one
“Super big” can describe like 90% of ships in the Star Wars universe lmao
Do you wear your star destroyer cosplay to subway lmao
The broad edges make great sandwich platforms.
I thought there was only one..?
Tbf that stuff looks like a pain in the ass to take off and put back on
Haha. Aren't holsters made so that you can take the guns and ammo out with speed and ease?
Haha. Aren't holsters made so that *you can take the guns and ammo out with speed and ease?
Yes, but they can also be made so that it’s difficult for others to do so. These safarilands look like wild west style holsters, where the gun just sits in there loose. But they have a hidden catch on the inside that grabs the frame of the gun. You have to buy a specific holster for a specific model of gun.
It depends on the holster. Some of the holsters are kind of a pain to take off your belt. They can also have kydex that will dig into your side if they're empty.
That being said this seems more like a "everyone here is here for a shooting comp so no one will care if I carry them like this" kind of solution to not wanting to leave firearms unattended in a car.
So it's possible he's just doing the responsible thing, and getting ridiculed on the Internet for it. Nothing really new there.
I meant to remove the contents of the holsters not remove the holsters all together. I get that he might not want to leave the guns in the car as that would be irresponsible if he has no way to store them adequately but why not remove the ammo? And surely if you're carrying guns in your car then responsible and safe storage should be considered. Why get kitted out like this before driving, surely it can't be comfortable to sit on all this gear while driving. I don't even like driving with my phone or wallet in my pocket.
To me it looks like this guy thinks he looks like a badass and chose to walk into a coffee shopping kitted out.
I doubt that he doesn't know he looks goofy as all hell.
Yeah, I'd have to agree.
It's very wise to not leave firearms in your car as they're fairly easy to steal from there. Would you rather guy who legally owns them has them, or random criminal now has firearm in no way linked to him to go commit gang violence because one guy would "look like a dork"?
I don't stop at fuckin subway with a car full of guns
Do you hear yourself
That's because it takes you a second to put your hat and vest back on and it probably takes this guy at least a few minutes to put all this gear on properly. More time than it would be to just get a sandwich and leave. It's amazing that this needs to be explained to people.
You don't need to explain it I can tell it takes him 45 minutes to put on his little outfit 😂
Okay, than why did you comment at all if you understood that already? Like what is your entire contribution here?
Yeah but I wouldn’t want to leave handguns in a car without any way to secure them. Ideally he’d have some safe for them that was not a risk of itself being yoinked out of the car.
So I had a friend competing in the competition when this became a “meme”. It was during a pistol shooting competition and there was a break and some people went over to the subway to grab food.
I’m all for the second amendment but I hate people who think this is normal. This was a picture taken out of context to frighten people.
It’s a great example of DIP: Deceptive Imagery Persuasion. Don’t fall for this crap. Russia and China do this all the time by posting pictures and videos without the context to make people feel a certain way.
Don’t fall for their propaganda
🇺🇸 USA! 🇺🇸 USA! 🇺🇸 USA! 🇺🇸
I hate people who think this is normal.
It damned well SHOULD be normal.
Why? Most of us Americans don't need to be walking around with pistols and extra magazines to get a coffee at Dunkin Donuts.
Like you can if you want (and if your state allows it), but I can also think it makes you fucking weird.
I have a few pistols and my carry license, but I am not going to go around drawing attention to myself on the rare times I do carry. My firearms aren't my personality and it's a shame so many of us feel as if they are.
Have you been paying attention to RL much? Homosexuality has been normalized by constantly keeping it in the public eye.
This needs to be in everyone's face so that when they see someone open carrying they don't even bat an eye.
RL?
Homosexuality is part of humanity. Walking around with an arsenal on your waist is coo coo crazy and people aren't wrong for thinking that.
Going out to eat at Outback isn't the same thing as being in a war zone needing multiple firearms.
Well congratz on completely misunderstanding my point.
Being armed is part of humanity as well.
But you're obviously not interested in having a rational discussion about this, so you do you.
Seems like an extremely uncomfortable way to drive.
No it doesn't at all. I shoot competitions. I am violently pro 2a. I occasionally open carry. This guy is not going to a competion hes just an idiot
What kind of competition involves four pistols?
It could be a speed shooting competition. Some competitors use 4 guns because it is faster to change weapons than it is to reload a magazine
Yeah that same shit has happened to me, but on a WAYY less serious loadout lmao.
I was out hunting and fishing with a bunch of my buddies, i was dressed in full camo and had a large neck knife i kept on a string around my neck…
We all walked into Mcdonalds and we all ordered without issue. Mind you, this is a rural Mcdonalds but i still this was not normal attire, at least by my standards.
I didnt even notice i was Blatantly wearing a large knife (which is completely legal in that state, but is still weird af), until i sat down to eat my food lmao.
Idk why none of my friends even mentioned it, i guess theyre country people and didnt even think it was weird. But man… as a dude from the suburbs, that was NOT the vibe i was trying to put off lol. I immediately tucked that into my shirt when i noticed.
This has been posted all over the place and you are correct

Gun competitions where the competitor carries multiple guns is a thing. Never heard of 3 gun? People like you, don't like what they don't understand
Nah. It's cosplay.
The guy looks dumb as shit, but “necessary” isn’t part of the conversation. The 2a says right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, he doesn’t have to justify his dumb choices to anyone
This pic is so old lol. The guy was at a competition and instead of leaving 10k worth of guns and equipment in his car he just kept it on him
General Grievous MF here expecting to somehow need four guns at the same time.
He really needs six guns at the same time, as seen in the acclaimed crime documentary "The Boondock Saints".
So the story of this photo is the dude was coming from/going to a nearby shooting competition. Literally sports. Where nobody gets hurt and there is no violence. But redditors seem to love taking things out of context and clutching their pearls even without context. This would be like a dude in a baseball uniform holding a baseball bat in line at a fast food joint cause he just came from playing ball.
Nobody has a setup like that for competitive shooting lmao this guy is just dumb
Found the bot
Not a bot but I do shoot pistol competitions. What type of competition allows multiple guns? No competitive shooter is using level 3 retention holsters in drop rigs. No competitive shooter has their mags at the small of their back. Go on YouTube and look at ipsc and idpa matches and look what type of gear people are using. This guy is a mall ninja not a competitive shooter
There's other events than idpa is the thing. Idk what event he shoots but i need to fijd it now. Looks fun
Now that sounds like an informed opinion. There are so many sophists and bots stirring things up, not to mention the room for potential misconstruing cause lack of context. Thank you for the clarification.
Yeah I'm violently pro 2a but I feel obligated to call out mall ninjas and idiots when I see them
People use drop leg level 3 retention holsters all the time. And IDPA isn't the only thing out there.
Multi gun isn't multi handgun lmao. This guy is not shooting 3 gun with that setup
They do multiple handgun shoots at Rio Salado, so, idk what to tell you. It seems you are stretching as far as possible to get mad over this picture. It really doesn't deserve the outrage unless you are someone who just hates guns.
Bro carrying 4 pistols is mall ninja idk what to tell you
Or he's memeing.
I can only hope
I’m a huge advocate for 2A but I’m also a huge advocate for not making your self a target. And a big fuckin target at that. This guy has to watch both sides, to make sure no one snags one of his 4 handguns. He’s making his life entirely to complicated to maintain safety and control of his weapons to go to subway, and if an active shooter situation does happen, he’s probably going to be the first one shot, because he’s advertising to the world he has 4 handguns.
I would tend to side with the top comment, did is probably suited up for a competition or practice for one.
If not, I’m on the same page as you lol
He's just thinking ahead, he's a good ammo drop for the shooter.
He’s not getting his gun stolen; those safariland holsters are intentionally tricky. You have to press a specific lil tab that’s hard to see. It’s in a spot that’s naturally where your trigger finger falls, but it’s awkward and hard to spot if you’re someone standing next to him.
Target? It's more like tardget.
The guy looks psycho to me. That’s my biggest concern.
“What might bystanders do with those guns?”
It’s such a weird take. What about the guy with the guns?
This photo pops up all the time, apparently there was a firearm competition close by
Ok, if it were me I’d drop mags and clear weapons before leaving the competition. What is this, a Subway restaurant?
If I had a nickel for every time this was reposted, I could buy his order. That may not sound like much, but I would get kicked out of the subway if I tried to pay for $14 of food with 280 nickels.
Because we fucking can!
🇺🇲🦅🦅🦅🇺🇲
You have the freedom to do things, but not freedom from consequences.
He may be in his right to walk around with four pistols, but the consequences of doing so may net more than he bargained.
And what consequences would that be lol?
If multiple people go for his guns, he may have a difficult time keeping all of them in his control. An unlikely scenario, but it could get very dangerous very quickly.
I. I. I. I mean, if he gets surrounded and someone goes for a gun, I think they're going to get shot. I mean, it's kinda right there, you know.
Negative perception by those around him and possible loss/theft of some or all firearms.
Even Texans who routinely open carry handguns probably would agree that four pistols is a bit ridiculous. Anyone else around him will probably wonder “what’s up with this guy,” and I doubt they’ll think positively about him. That would probably affect how others talk to and act around him, and not in a good way.
This is necessary. He was at a competition and for some reason the storage facilities there were either inadequate or unavailable. Keeping his guns on him is far more responsible than leaving them unattended, including in his car.
You'll call it normal when he shows you the real trick: His arms will split into four, so he can draw all four guns at once. He's the General Grevious of the pistol world.
Why does he have to justify this?
It's his right as an American to carry all of that.
6 guys with two guns each..
No it was one man with 6 guns, two in each hand
Me going through atl like...
it does not need to be necessary
As Kylo Ren says “ More…, MORE !”
Fucking nerd in the pic
If the Founding father's gave me the right to dress up like Lara Craft Tomb Raider, then GODDAMMIT, I am going to execute that right.
If people can be out in about in fursuit then let the man wear his 500 pistols
Because fuck you that’s why
Necessary has NOTHING to do with it.
And there are a metric ton of Fudds in here.
Gun owners eating themselves is how we get more gun control.
This is the /Murica sub. The only way we can get more fudds in here is to post a pic of Bugs Bunny and say it's Wabbit Season.
Also, that guy looks tacticool and I love it.
Thanks, I thought I was replying to something in one of the firearms subs.
Wow
All cops look like a swat team. They have that shit because they hope to use it.
Necessary?! Is it necessary for me to drink my own urine?
Larry Croft be vibin
I kinda agree, those shorts are ugly af
Does the creator of the meme believe there aren't guns in Iowa?
You don’t have to explain your need to freely express yourself, your religion, your need to be a female voter, not be a slave, not quarter soldiers, etc etc. bearing arms is a right just like the rest. It needs no justification. It. Is. A. Right.
It’s this kind of fuckwitted bullshit that gives the rest of us that own guns an unfair reputation. Most gun owners are perfectly reasonable people who don’t wag it in public. Then this should have been a hand job comes along.
Military fantasy cosplay
Look, I like guns. But I don't think going around looking all tactical makes me look cool, because it really doesn't....
because he's got a brain full of his favorite propaganda network and he fears his fellow citizens like they're the villains of an action movie.
I'm a gun owner cuz of course.
But this shit is cringy and sad.
Last time this photo popped up on Reddit it was because there was a pistol shooting competition nearby.
But he still wore his mask like the good little sheep he is
Because impotent and full of inferiority complexes?
Explain to me why it needs to be explained.
He's got a mask! LMFAO
🎼Don't take your guns to town, son. Leave your guns at home, Bill. Don't take your guns to town 🎶

What a clown.

You know the US had a higher rate of Covid deaths than any country in the world other than Peru? Literally second worse. Thanks.
If China lost 0.3% of its population due to covid (same as the 1.4m Americans with deaths tied to Covid), it would have had more fatalities than the POPULATION of the US (2022 census reporting).
China claims 5272 deaths. Nothing happened in Tibet, Taiwan, or Tienenman Square.
Is that per capita?
I arranged the data incorrectly, it’s not the second worse. Significantly worse than most countries we don’t consider third world, and literally hundreds of thousands of people who wouldn’t have died did, because trump lied about Covid, but not second worse overall.

Still arguing about COVID and fauci? C'mon man, let's take a break from the Internet for a bit.

You were very obviously arguing, but I'm not going to engage any further with someone that is still bitching about fauci and said "Scamdemic" in 2024.
That's a lie and you're a victim of your political biases and you're being lied to again and again and again and you just lick it up just like people who are not intelligent enough to research anything or have any critical thought of their own.
For example, just exactly why would "Fauci and NIH" push facemasks on people if they knew they didn't work? Do you really believe that asking people to wear facemasks introduces some form of "control" or other nefarious scheme on the people? How does that work, exactly? Think about your own self... the federal health system instructs you to wear a facemask to help decrease the spread of disease, do you feel like you've been "controlled" somehow if you were to wear a mask? Seriously, how would that work?
Do you feel diminished in some way because you had to wear a face mask when you went to the grocery store? Are you really that weak willed and pathetic? Do you have any empathy at all? Because wearing a mask isn't for your own protection, it's for the protection of others (although that includes yourself in a round-about way, decreasing the spread of infection helps everyone)...
This post reads like Habitual Linecrosser's Russian voice sounds. You go, girl!
Goober
Bc tiny peepee
Study found that people with guns have larger ones. I know anti-gunners like thinking about it though.
Right because when asked how one feels about the size of their junk, their response is gonna be “I dunno it’s a little small”…🤦🏻

That looks like a pistol competition loadout. The dude was probably on the way to the range for some competition shooting and decided to get a bite to eat.
