How do you feel about Blinkist AI generated summaries? Question

I have mixed feelings. For me, most of the time it's hard to keep engaged and finish them.
How do you feel about them?

I use Korg Gadget as a polyphonic sequencer for hardware gear sometime, I know it's limited but find it fun. Which sequencers do you use?

Piano Roll Draw Mode question

I'd like to be able to chose the length of the notes I draw with the pen tool by clicking and dragging. When I do that, it creates more notes based on the current grid resolution.

I can do it is by pressing Cmd while clicking and dragging but pressing Cmd will place the notes off grid :/

I can also narrow or widen the grid with Cmd 1&2 but I feel it would be faster to click and drag. Am I missing something? Cheers

thanks a lot I'll look it up. have you also tried patch base? (alos recommended by someone else here).

Thanks a lot, oh I see that's also an iPad app. Do you know how much the in-app costs by any chance? Have you tried bloX as well?

Blofeld users, what's your fav editor?

I'm considering getting a used Blofeld, for the multi-timbrality mostly (just wish it had audio over usb). I'm really used to ease of use in Vital/Serum so I think I'll want to prepare patches with the computer.
What's the best Waldorf Blofeld editor in 2024 in your opinion and are they still supported with current Mac OS? Cheers!

Resampling different Scene launches onto a single audio slot (Session View) question

Hi,
In Session View, say I want to resample different MIDI scenes to a single audio track (set to resample). Whenever I launch a new scene it will either stop recording audio or record onto a new audio slot (if "Start Recording on Scene Launch" is enabled in prefs).
I'd like the audio clip to keep resampling when I press a new scene launch. The only way to do this is to right click "Remove Stop Button", but it's not convenient cause then nothing can be recorded onto these slots.

Any workaround?

That's also super good to know cheers.
I'm trying to gauge a tricky matter, like if I can pay rent with music. And how much time I can allocate to music-making vs day job (very tricky). I used to make around 20k streams per track on sc without promo.

You could collab with other artists! It worked for me :)

Do you still make money on Bandcamp?

I thought people were mostly streaming now but maybe I'm wrong...

Oh thanks, that helps a lot! So user profiles featured on the album bought the entire album.
And then there are purchases of people who don't have a Bandcamp account on top, that won't show up there.

Supported by, questionExperimental

On an album page, do fans need to purchase an entire album to be featured in the "supported by" section or is buying a single track enough for their profile to show up?

Still have an M1 and it's the most powerful and best sounding synth(s) I ever had.

wait, wow! I had no idea this existed. Looks like an ancestor of the Continuum, Seaboard, Osmose and the likes. I guess not easy to find.
