I'm going through exactly the same. Just woke up today from a very fragmented sleep, I would doze off, have a vivid dream, wake up, repeat. For the whole night. This is my second night now, but I've had insomnia since 27th March, when I 'lost' my ability to sleep like I used to. I just try to not let it ruin my days, when nights are enough struggle.
