not going into a lot of detail but I had a fight today with somebody who I trusted and they helped me in a different mental space. but I cant get over them, so how do you cope?

unfortunately for coping there really isn't anything you can do... I would just say things are done with that person and try and not focus on things that remind you of them. doing fun things like colouring for example,its relaxing and can be a safe way to focus on something else. I hope your doing better now and know that I'm here for you if you need somebody to talk to <3

it depends... in most cases no ending a life should not be a thing like it was centuries ago but if somebody has done something so unforgivable that it becomes who they are like "the infamous bad mustache man" then yes the punishment should have been death
