I'm not the only player sitting on S+ on all dungeons.

I guess, just ever since I started soon after launch, besides I think maybe besides the first month or 2 I was able to pass the VH dungeons with some effort, this last one was just a let down with how easy it was.

Maybe I've just passed that tipping point.

I don't want to just auto all the content. This game is actually crazy generous to F2P players.

So yeah, I am kinda mad it was so easy. Previous dungeons have been just the right amount of challenge where the content is possible with what I have, and it's just up to me to find the right team and gear that works. They've never felt like freebies like the events, or like they're made to push people to pull, like the EX levels.

Currently everything is either full auto like the events (besides crash) or a brick wall, like EX. Until this one VH dungeons have been the most engaging content that doesn't only exist to push for the current pulls.

I know but he's also my healer. So I need to pick 2 out of heal, MDEF up and fire res down (tifa for matk down).

If yuffie had an matk down would be perfect.

I would normally bring yuffie with boomerang for that but I need tifa instead for matk down.

I tried with fire breach but 1 stack just isn't enough. I can try reds one but I'd have to sacrifice MDEF up for that. And I don't have stream guard for Zack (only carrot sword and ifrita sword)

If you don't have room/money to buy/run a dryer. And you absolutely must hang them up inside, then that leaves getting a dehumidifier. Set it up in your smallest/driest room (so you focusing on getting moisture out of the clothes not just moisture in the room) if your bathroom fan is good then this can be a good place for it, assuming you haven't just had a steamy hot shower.

Do your research on what the capacities and power mean, you don't want something that's massive overkill for the space (this will cost a bomb to run) or something that's too small to get the moisture out of the clothes (coz it wont work). There will be a sweet spot which depends on how damp your apartment is in general.

I can't go finding it again right now but on the forums somewhere is a topic talking about this and one of the devs explained it's not distinct cores but the spread of utilisation.

In the end, a CPU package with better multithreading performance should outperform a CPU with better single thread performance, even for VMs only allocated a single "core".

The P and E cores in modern Intel CPUs are not designed for performance but for power saving dependent on load, so it makes sense that an AMD chip with all cores focused on performance would out perform it at full load.

I wasn't making a complaint that EX was for whales, I chose my words poorly there, I was merely stating I am attempting the EX fights but I don't think I'll be able to just yet. I understand it needs certain gear that I don't have yet and that's fine.

I can even handle that the difficulty spike is a vertical line dependent on gear.

My complaint is that previous VH dungeons have been a good challenge dependent more on how you build a single team to deal with a variety of fights, elements, and debuffs one after the other (e.g. Corel prison needing both ice and lightning, or the factory one needing air and ice) rather than all fights only focusing on a single element. For both hard and very hard.

I'm also trying the "just use fira" method... No go, I have Seph with ob8 edged wings and ob3 kuja, all off hand weps are m ability up (all my fire up have MATK or PATK, so I figure that's a waste, although I could swap for crimson blade on MH and make up the MATK in the sub weps).

It just doesn't feel like even my 5 star fira has enough % to beat the red bar.

So if my team is tifa do MATK down, Zack for MFire DPS (carrot sword might be the first useful free main hand weapon I've ever seen) and Aerith for healing (with her PDEF/MDEF up wep). I should put it on Zack so he can remove silence on Aerith which tifa does her MATK down.
