Herbin is one of the oldest ink manufacturers in the world.

I keep a Currently Inked list made using the fountain pens. I keep around 60 pens inked at a time, each with a different color ink.

Great shaders: Robert Oster Cafe Crema. My favorite. Diamine Golden Brown (Robert Oster also has a golden brown, but I don’t recommend it.) Birmingham Burlywood Herbin Lie de Thè Gräf von Faber Castell Cognac Brown Robert Oster Antelope Canyon

I’m a fountain pen user/collector. My handwriting is sort of a print/cursive hybrid. I use fountain pens exclusively when I journal or write letters. Some kinds of fountain pen ink looks better with print writing, in my opinion, because it brings the shading out in the ink. It’s your pen (I love the E95S, btw), so use it any way you want, right?

Good lord, that puppy is adorable!

Beautiful handwriting! I envy that. Love the teal color.

Fortunately, dogs mostly just live in the moment. As long as he’s pain-free, he’ll be a fine, happy dog.

I think there are other covers for that size notebook that might suit you better if you’re really carrying it in your back pocket. I use larger notebooks (size A5), and use for clear covers. You might Google covers for Field Note notebooks.

Your big dog is soooo cute! I love doodle dogs, and that grey and white looks so good to me.

Thanks so much for this! I ordered mine today. I’ve had the hardest time finding B5 Tomoe River notebooks!

You have such neat handwriting!

Aren’t you cold? Or is that sand?
