IANAL but I think there are specific constraints on an appeal. I don't think the prosecuter can introduce any new evidence or any new witnessess. IOW they can not simply re-try the case from scratch. The appeal has to be based on events at the original trial. Rulings from the bench, evidence or testimony presented, that sort of thing. I think the idea is to prove that the trial was broken in a some way that violated law or deprived someone of legal rights.

Thanks for your reply. I anticipated that games would have to be installed from the zips, but am confused by the message "It appears you have not downloaded this game yet... Would you like to download it? " when the all 7k of the game zips are already right there on disk. Accepting the offer to download lauches a command line torrent d/l. Should LB not offer to install from the zips that are already present? This is why I chose the full version - so I would have all installable zips at hand.

Solved, and I feel dumb. Zips were in the wrong folder. Moving them to ~\eXo\eXoDOS sorted things out.

Yeah, the Plex app on Roku gives me less grief than running it in a browser or using the Plex android app. In fact my experience with Plex on android has not been good. But everything on the TCL Roku works cleanly and reliably.
