I've been dealing with ED for about 12 yrs so I talked to a new Urologist and told him I've been taking Sildenafil 100mg trying to have sex he said try Tadalafil 5mg every day and 20mg when wanting to have sex I said isn't that less mgs then what I'm already taking I've tried all that doesn't work so i left but decided ok ill try them again anyway so I Went to try and go to touch my wife she darts past me and plays games on her phone because she automatically thinks I'm not going to get hard then we argue about her not wanting to jerk it off she said it takes so long and your still soft so I don't want to get carpal tunnel in my hand so I stay mad until the next day should I let her go and be alone or keep trying?
Ok I'm starting to go to the gym tomorrow what do you recommend is there certain exercises and balance diet I should follow?

Trying to block out watching sex on TV shows
How do you watch TV shows like Chicago P.D. or whatever we're guys are having sex with women and not get mad because you can't do that because of ED?
Just saw my urologist. we discussed the shots, but he put me on Cialis 5mg every day, 20 before trying sex I said I've tried, but that doesn't work.
