Interestingly on a recent trip back to Ontario I noticed some small businesses are still cash-only.

While there aren't any cash-only businesses in my neibhourhood, there are a few that will give you 10-15% off if you pay in cash. I assume it's to get around the credit card fees.

Definitely the Calico Statue. It's only available during the new Desert Festival.

I said this in a few of the specific episode threads and I'll say it here too. Players are using that same strategy from last season, that it's better to win nothing than for someone else to win. People are sacrificing money in the pot so that they can get a personal advantage. At this point, I almost want the winner to walk away with a single dollar because at this point, it feels like that's what everyone deserves.

It's that same strategy from last season, that it's better to win nothing than for someone else to win. People are sacrificing money in the pot so that they can get a personal advantage. It's why so many people paid to see a movie. It's why people were messing with the photos to throw others off the scent.

It's exactly the same thinking that Joi used last season, that it's better to win nothing than for someone else to win.

She is definitely on my radar. She was in the first line of defence and it seemed like she wasn't helping with the reloading fast enough, letting them all through. And then she took the correction instead of the money. Also, in the introduction, when everyone is saying "I am not the Mole", she didn't say it.

For me it's inevitably the gold. 10 mil for the Golden Clock and 3 mil for the obelisks. Sure, the crafting and cooking recipes take a while to complete, but you'll have plenty of time for them as you're grinding away to earn that cash.

I make a point of getting out of the house as often as possible. I'll go for a walk around my neighbourhood after I've logged off for the day. I do this every day it's not raining or snowing. Staying in makes me a little stir-crazy.

You say that you get to the beach/pool 4-5 times a week so it sounds like you're doing something similar.

100%. I make a point of going at least once during the summer. I try to be on one of the first ferries because you're right, there's almost no one there.
