The peninsula doesn’t have the same climate as SF… shit even parts of SF don’t even have the same climate

Horrible advice. Not wasting my time interviewing for a job idk the salary upfront.

Maybe reach out to rancho guejito

It was pushing 86 at 9am in parts of the county already

We’re spoiled watching arraez doing what he does. Makes it frustrating watching an approach like Profar’s just now.

Imagine trying to time the market especially with so much in the air about potential interest rates cuts

Apartments now. Randomly walked by and a little girl in the window was playing peekaboo with people passing by. I still think it’s a perfect spot for a popup window for a coffee shop or another pizza place.

You need to live in the neighborhood of the specific little league org in order to be eligible to play. Summer league is a little more spotty since baseball is spring season, so probably better luck with YMCA or having him tryout for a travel team

We definitely look like we’re playing with our pants down that’s for sure

Are you white labeling? Or do customers know that they’re getting your brand of baked goods?

Probably not much help, but when hiring a designer/creative I don’t really even look at the resume. I only care about the portfolio. I would over index on polishing your best visuals and case studies rather formatting a resume.

Don’t go to a game in Palo Alto. Only place I’ve seen yell at fans for standing up after a big play. This was also during Luck’s best season.
